The farm is located on the sunny side 1100 meters above Viehhofen and can be reached in winter and summer via a paved mountain road. In normal snow conditions, the downhill slope Piste168 to the farm can be reached via a small deep snow slope or a 10-minute walk. Our family-run organic farm is situated 985 m above sea level with a beautiful view on the alps. We are surrounded by skiing areas: Zell am See-Schmittenhöhe, Kaprun-Kitzsteinhorn, Kitzbühel, Saalbach-Hinterglemm and Leogang. In addition, the Krimml Waterfalls and the Grossglockner High Alpine Road are close. The apartment is situated on the bottom floor of the farmhouse. It has its own entrance and a cosy sheltered patio with a great view that is situated directly next to a big garden.
