Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Viejo San Juan, San Juan Antiguo

We were very excited for our weekend trip and Erin’s house was exactly as shown. We were very close to great bars and restaurants, historic sites to see and so much more. The house was easy to find at night, we rarely had to look at any street signs, when walking home… head towards the governors mansion and turn right. It was a great place to unwind after a long day. I highly recommend this place. Thank you Erin!

The place was cute and comfy. I would definitely return back. The neighborhood was quiet and the space was as private. Abdiel was super quick to respond and friendly.

4th time in PR & This was a short and solo stay. Loved the place and how close it was to everything! Auribelle was very helpful with the check in and responsive. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay here next time I visit. Always respect the island the people❤️

Our host went extra miles to make sure our stay was as smooth and easy as possible. His place was easy to find. Very clean. It was perfect for a single person or a couple. Bed was really comfortable with new and clean mattress. The two air conditioners were perfect because it was really hot outside. Fresh pain on the whole inside and outside of the property. Everything was in good condition and very clean. Our host was really friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay again. Thank You Jose for let us stay with you in short notice and for being so kind with us!

The apartment was easy to find and very secure. The area of town it was located in was very quiet. The apartment was very clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable as was the couch It had high-end finishes in the kitchen as well as a beautiful bathroom And was still able to give the old world charm feel when you stayed there I would recommend 100%

We absolutely loved the place. The view was amazing, it was close by to almost everything. Security was around so it made us feel safe in the little town. The beach was right around us, it was beautiful.

Totally efficient studio for our 4 night stay...probably not longer but only due to the tiny bathroom. The unit was definitley very clean when we arrived. Nice location with walkability to stores and restaurants. Our host, Erick, was super responsive (attended to a slight internet issue right away for us). Would definitely recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay here! It was a really nice studio apartment that made us feel at home with all the amenities and features. Alexis was super responsive and we were able to check out a few of his many recommendations for the area and loved them. We would definitely stay again.

We came in a few days before our cruise so we could explore Old San Juan. This was a great location and a wonderful stay. It is in the heart of Old San Juan but still quiet. We loved the private entrance that lead to the apartment; ai liked the extra leave of privacy, safety. We loved walking around and all the places to visit that were close by. I definitely recommend this spot and would stay here again.

I had a great stay at this place. Terrence was very welcoming and responsive to any questions. Accommodation is comfortable and convenient. The pool is great and very nice. The place is a little out of the way but the neighborhood is very quiet and safe, taking uber to get around is simple and remains accessible. Thank you again for your hospitality. I had a great stay and will be happy to come back!

Overall great stay! Something to note is that You are in the middle of all of the action period. this is great because you get an opportunity to be walking distance from a lot of things. However this also means that you hear all of the people, music and other noises that come with it. I would 100% return but it is something worth mentioning.

The host was very responsive and helpful. Despite it being a little noisy outside, the property was gorgeous and looked just like the pictures! Also, the location was perfect with so many things to do. There were tons of great restaurants within walking distance. Overall, I had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend staying here!

The place was very decorative & beautiful. Relaxed, clean & calm atmosphere. The Airbnb had everything we needed from cleaning products, toiletries to even a kuregg. Angel was a phenomenal host & when me & my fiancee decide to come back we'll surely book with him again.

Great studio in a great location! Very close to the beach as well. The condo was very clean and updated.

When we first arrived, the set up and the view. Absolutely stunning. There are also blue lights for the night that was a great mood setter. Really love colored LED lights and was pleasantly surprised with this feature. AC works very well and the TV had plenty options. We went down to the beach and rented the jetskis that was slightly to the left of the beach access gate for the building. Bugs were not an issue at all. Amazing experience here and would definitely come back. The hostess is also very kind and gave clear instructions for everything and i felt very safe here. Security in front is always on duty.

Everything was perfect! Super clean, and the location was great for walking to restaurants and nightlife. Gabriel was super responsive and helpful with instructions on how to get in to the condo and anything else we could need.

This apartment made our stay in Old San Juan so much better. It was central to everything and so easy to walk to everything. I highly recommend this location to anyone wanting to be in the center of everything. The hosts was extremely welcoming and helpful for us to drop off our luggage and local food recommendations. I would definitely book again!

Great place if you need something inexpensive right by the convention center! I was here for a conference and this place was perfect. Less than a 10 minute walk from the convention center, it was amazing being able to get over so quickly. Also less than an hour walk to many popular places in San Juan, I enjoyed walking/running to take a dip at Escambron a couple of mornings. I didn't have any issues in the area directly surrounding the airbnb, and felt pretty safe overall. The place was spotless, though as some other reviewers have mentioned there wasn't any hot water (only got lukewarm), and without the AC on at night the traffic sounds were pretty loud. Overall though, those were small issues that weren't a big deal and easily fixed/outweighed by the positives of this place.

This was one of the most beautiful and peaceful stays I’ve had in Puerto Rico. The hosts were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the moment we arrived. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The view from the place was absolutely stunning — waking up to the sound of the waves and looking out at the beach each morning was pure magic. The area felt very safe and serene, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting PR — I’d definitely come back!
