I truly do not think there is a better option for this price...I personally take care of the property, it is always well groomed, there is an acre of land, All units have solar power,and private jacuzzi (converted into solar heated-dipping pool), air conditioner in each room, king size beds, ceiling fans,more amenities. The apartment is on the upper level of a two story building with a secure private entrance. Two balconies are on either side of the apartment. The creek on the east side offers a lush green backdrop, and the breeze makes the balcony the perfect spot for recharging. This is not a resort area, but a true local barrio!
