Loved everything about this place. So much so that it was hard to leave the room. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

This unit was in the most perfect location in Old San Juan. Very walkable to restaurants, stores and bars. The photos of the unit don't do it any justice. It's beautiful with lots of personal touches. I can't recommend this to place enough.

The perfect stay for 2 people!! So central to everything in Viejo San Juan. We loved the stay and felt very comfortable. Nadia was very friendly and communicated well.

Jose’s place was incredible. Perfect for a solo trip; walkable with the beach ~10 mins and tons of restaurants and coffee shops close by. The bus itself is so cool, had everything I needed for over a week’s stay and felt safe the entire time I was there. Would 100% stay here again on my next trip to San Juan!

We just had the most wonderful experience, and it all started with this amazing place and its incredible host! We felt so welcomed from the very beginning, with a warm greeting and some lovely local gifts that were such a thoughtful touch. The home itself was spotlessly clean, which we so appreciated, and the views were beyond incredible – truly mesmerizing! Our host, Claritza, provided clear instructions for everything, which was incredibly helpful. She was always prompt in responding to our questions and even checked in to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay. This was more than just a stay; it was a truly memorable and heartwarming experience!

Miguel is a fantastic and gracious host. He is incredibly responsive and always available to respond to any questions you may have. The apartment is exactly as you see in the pictures -- clean, beautiful decor and funtional with anything you may need. The blinds provide privacy and darkness for sleeping plus gorgeous views when opened. Perfect place for visiting San Juan.

VERDE is incredibly special: gorgeous design, amazing shower, comfortable bed, walking distance to the beach, great restaurants nearby, private, and a quiet neighborhood. The guest guide they shared was very helpful (and delicious!), and every interaction with their staff— from luggage drop-off to a vegan brunch at their nearby Dreamcatcher property— was so warm and friendly. As queer travelers, we really appreciated the extra care Stephan, Roy, and the Dream Team took to create a truly inclusive, hospitable experience. Can’t wait to stay again.

Loved my stay here, close to casinos, restaurants and the beach which makes everything hassle free and convenient. Whenever I come back to San Juan this will be the first place I look to book again.

I had an amazing stay! The hosts communicated exceptionally well and provided great recommendations. As a solo female traveler I felt very safe. The location was convenient, everything being within walking distance. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful views from both directions! Loved the privacy and the apartment was clean and had great space. Fave things about the unit: 1) private 2) views 3)air conditioning 4) great pool 5) smart TV Uber works in the area so you can easily get to restaurants and marinas, if you dont drive. Cons: Wanted to stay longer! Will post stay on my blog, if interested! it's here at theptonetworker

Zurei was a great hostess. Her condo is absolutely fabulous, the view & the location. Looks just like the photos! She was very responsive and accommodating. We will be sure to book again next time in PR :) Thank you Zurei for sharing your little piece of paradise!!

EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING, great place to stay we had an amazing time… going out around all day exploring coming back to a place you can rest with a breath taking view great place very very good security and a safe place.i would recommend. This is my second time staying in the exact building. If you get a chance to stay here do so you will not regret it. I will definitely stay at this location again if I stay in fajardo. GREAT HOST!!!

Gorgeous spot, very easy beach access, beautiful view, night life next door walking distance, walking distance to many stores and restaurants! Overall a great experience and if I have the blessing to come back to PR, i will stay here. 100% recommending to my peers.

Great and easy place to find. Quiet area and close to the beach and lots of amenities.

Very clean place. Home welcoming place. The owner was responsive and kind. The place was clean and had everything you would need to have a nice stay. The very upstairs was beautiful but if you don’t like bugs of any kind expect it to there (not cuz the place is dirty) due to trees etc. apartment is private and nobody bothers you, everyone is to themselves. Overall great place, great owner and only 13 minutes away from the closest Walmart.

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay here. It was in a great location with an amazing view. Walkable to coffee and food. Thank you for being a great host.

Rosemary’s place was wonderful for my trip to PR! It was in a great location, quiet, clean, and any questions we had were answered almost immediately! 10/10 would recommend.

This place was perfect for us! It was very private, beautiful views of the city and ocean below, without the craziness of the city. My only suggestion would be to get softer pillows. The bed was very comfortable, but the pillows were very hard. Other than that, we will definitely be back🥰 Thank you, Carmen, for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Honestly, I cannot explain how much we loved this location. We traveled with a few friends from the area and even they agreed that this location was absolutely perfect. Yolanda made the entry to the condo easy and smooth and even a little flexible for us. She was beyond sweet and helpful. We did rent a van and loved that it was locked in the gated parking lot (just an added bonus as it was a rental). John left a list of local places to eat and they were all wonderful. Would absolutely come back and stay again!

Provided address, key code and WiFi prior to our arrival making it easy to request Uber from the airport and readily access our room upon arrival. 24/7 security and attendant at front desk. Historic fort site right across from our balcony. Nice beds. Nice shower. Great A/C. Conveniently located right upstairs of the pool. Walkable to 2 nearby beaches. Condado beach is a little further down Ashford Avenue yet still walkable. Snorkeling right in front of building with lots of tropical fish, starfish and turtles. Easy Uber access pick-up/drop-off steps away by the Caribe Hilton. Definitely a nice unit and wonderful stay. Thank you Wandy and Hernan for making us feel welcomed and checking in to be sure we were enjoying our stay.
