Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space located in the heart of the Haut Languedoc Regional Park located below our house, with garden and terrace. The accommodation is in a hamlet at the confluence of the Jaur, the Orb, and the Gorges d'Heric, with access to swimming 5 minutes' walk away. You can also participate in various activities: hiking, climbing, mountain biking, canoeing... It consists of a large bedroom with a 140 bed and a beautiful living room with an equipped kitchen

Chic Southern French Retreat, Pool, Views, Nature

L'Annexe is a comfortable, cosy and romantic cottage situated on the edge of the scenic village of Mons, right on a walking trail that leads to the Gorges d'Héric or up the Caroux mountain. It's 10 minute walk down to heart of the village where there are several restaurants, a café, a grocery store, tourism office and a weekly market. From the Kitchen-living space you have direct access to the paved patio under the vines and kiwi tree. The shared, unheated pool is open from April till October.

Languedoc Country Stone house

A typical French stone house of the area with open plan kitchen, living space with French doors to a beautiful pool (8x4), and enclosed gardens. The house itself has a downstairs master bedroom with luxurious Ensuite. Two further bedrooms, one double and a twin upstairs sharing a second bathroom. Our stone house also benefits from an attached studio for additional family members including double bed, washer, dryer, sink and an extra bathroom, perfect for access when sunbathing near the pool !

Under our timber-framed house, we rent out a 25m² studio with a private 12m² terrace, a picnic table with a parasol, and an electric plancha. The accommodation was built in 2019. . Enjoy a magnificent view of the valley, the Orb River, and the mountains. Located in the heart of the Haut Languedoc Regional Park, you can experience canyoning, climbing, mountain biking, hiking, and canoeing. Whether by bike or on foot, you can explore the Greenway . Le Mas d'Hélène & its large enclosed garden

NEW: We have just equipped the gîte with centralized air conditioning. This gîte is very spacious, in a fenced and wooded plot of 2000 m², with great views of the surrounding mountains. I invite you to look at all the photos, so you will visit this 50 m² vacation rental and discover some surrounding landscapes. The gîte consists of 2 rooms, a living room and a built-in kitchen, then a very spacious bedroom with a suite, toilet and bathroom.

You will be welcomed in the heart of nature preserved in an old sheepfold renovated into atypical accommodation. Upstairs is a large 70 m2 living room with a lounge, an equipped kitchen and a living room. Plus a toilet. On the ground floor, 3 bedrooms including a master suite, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Outside, you can enjoy a large naturally shaded terrace, garden furniture, plancha, and pétanque court.

You will have easy access, on foot, to the bike path, and the various activities offered by the site.

L'interlude – Gîte l'Arbousier

We welcome you at the foot of the Caroux and on the edge of the Passa Païs Greenway. The gîte has been completely renovated and has a beautiful living room open to the outdoor vegetation. It consists of 2 beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom and separate toilet. The garden has a small relaxation area and barbecue. Fully private parking Lots of activities in the surroundings.
