Our apartment is on the first floor and offers comfort and space with two bedrooms, a large equipped kitchen, living room, modern bathroom and laundry. Air-conditioned and equipped with ultra-fast Wi-Fi, it boasts a large courtyard with parking and a relaxation area with a barbecue. Just 15 minutes from Pescara and the beaches, close to restaurants, wineries and the Megalò shopping center. Perfect for a stay between nature, the sea and the city!

Casa Fenice is located next to an olive grove and overlooking the cultivated fields of neighboring farms. Across the valley of the Saline River you will see the vineyard of San Lorenzo wines, the medieval villages of Elice and Castilenti, and small suburbs with support businesses for the farmers in the area. The nearest neighbor is 200m away, so with the exception of the occasional friendly farmer on his tractor, you are able to enjoy the blissful peacefulness of country living.

Casapensiero

Rest, nature and tradition among olive groves and renowned wineries overlooking the mountains of Abruzzo. Straddling the sea and mountains, it's a great starting point for exploring the area. A few kilometers from the main highway connections and the historic center of Nocciano. Possibility of horseback riding and cycling along the Nora river. A visit to the castle of Nocciano and the hamlet of Villa Badessa, a center of Greco-Byzantine culture, is interesting.

Glamping Abruzzo - The Yurt

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.

After years of abandonment, converted to residential and accommodation use, it found a second life thanks to a wise renovation that, while respecting the context, made use of the latest technologies such as the floor heating system or the ventilated roof structure
