Holiday rentals with a patio in Villa Ballester

The victory space is perfect. In addition to what is already described in the listing, it is worth mentioning that there are universal standard power outlets throughout the house, the heater comes out of the floor - no cold feet - and the kitchen is very well equipped. There was still a robe for us to wear! Loved it, I'll be back for sure

I loved my stay here! It was on a relatively quiet street in Palermo but close to so many great restaurants, bars, and cafes. Also quite convenient to the Subte (metro system), making it easy to get to so many other parts of the city. Don’t miss out on the nearby gardens and the eco park! As for the space, itself: it was super clean, had all the amenities, and was very tastefully decorated. It’s on the 10th floor, which made it fairly insulated from street noise but also gave it a great view from the balcony! The hosts were SO kind and communicative, as well. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

Dario is extremely kind! The apartment is very good, with everything we need for our stay! We needed to arrive early and he moved up our check-in. The apartment is close to all of Palermo and the subway, so we were able to do everything on foot and by public transport.

Highly recommended! Mario's apartment is beautiful. It has all the comforts you need, and more! There is a playpen with a mattress and a high chair, we thought it was spectacular. We don't use it, but I'm pregnant and we loved that they are in that detail. The garage is very useful. Very nice gym and indoor pool. The building in general is excellent. The host is always available. We'll be back! Thank you for everything.

Rubén was very welcoming and helpful during our two stays at his house in April and May. He is very attentive, very kind and concerned about our comfort. We felt at home. Ana Laura and Marcelo are very warm, kind and very attentive. The house is beautiful! The only negative thing was that the water pump broke and we were without water for almost a whole day and several days that it was cut off at quite inconvenient times. The main shower leaks water and that was also something uncomfortable so we ended up using another bathroom. Other than that, excellent place and hosts!

We went three days with my girlfriend and had a great time. We rest, cook and we went kayaking. Recommended.

Very good accommodation, it was clean and beautiful. The hostess was very kind and answered all our questions instantly. It is a quiet neighborhood and at the same time close to several interesting points of the city. Consider that there are 4 floors without an elevator, so it makes it difficult to move suitcases. I recommend buying toilet paper as the one offered was not of good quality. It had all the other implements for a perfect stay.
