Living Sperlonga

Living Sperlonga is a beautiful house with direct access to the sea, located on one of the most beautiful beaches in Sperlonga. We are in Via Salette, where a private access with an avenue of about 70 meters leads to the house on the sea. The house is 90 square meters with a large outdoor space and garden and consists of: a large living room, kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is external. Sun loungers and beach umbrellas are also provided to fully enjoy the sea of Sperlonga.

Appartamentino luminoso e caratteristico con affaccio su "La Piazzetta" nel Centro Storico. Ha un letto ad una piazza e mezza (140 cm x 190 cm) su soppalco, ha anche una piccola poltrona letto (70 cm x 180 cm) accanto alla cucina (ben attrezzata). Non adatto a persone con ridotta capacità motoria o persone di grande corporatura, la scala di accesso al soppalco non è una scala consueta (vedi immagini). Le finestre sono termofonoassorbenti. Climatizzazione.Riscaldamento. Lenzuola non stirate ;)

"La Nana" is a small villa 20 meters from the sea with a large and well-kept garden and a gazebo under which you can eat. It is a very colorful house, furnished with original furniture and equipped with all the comforts necessary for a holiday at any time of year.
