It is not suitable for people with walking difficulties.

Living Sperlonga

Living Sperlonga is a beautiful house with direct access to the sea, located on one of the most beautiful beaches in Sperlonga. We are in Via Salette, where a private access with an avenue of about 70 meters leads to the house on the sea. The house is 90 square meters with a large outdoor space and garden and consists of: a large living room, kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is external. Sun loungers and beach umbrellas are also provided to fully enjoy the sea of Sperlonga.

Small Studio apartment in "Piazzetta"

Appartamentino luminoso e caratteristico con affaccio su "La Piazzetta" nel Centro Storico. Ha un letto ad una piazza e mezza (140 cm x 190 cm) su soppalco, ha anche una piccola poltrona letto (70 cm x 180 cm) accanto alla cucina (ben attrezzata). Non adatto a persone con ridotta capacità motoria o persone di grande corporatura, la scala di accesso al soppalco non è una scala consueta (vedi immagini). Le finestre sono termofonoassorbenti. Climatizzazione.Riscaldamento. Lenzuola non stirate ;)

Excellent position close to Naples and Pozzuoli. Both cities are linked by ferry with Ischia, Procida and Capri. The gulf of Gaeta and Sperlonga is only 30 min by car. The house, completely independent, is 50 sqm large and has a unique view in front of the sea, and a huge garden of mediterranean vegetation. There is a double bed and a sofa bed consisting of two single beds. It’s also possible to reach the beach that is 500m far from the house!
