Holiday rentals in Villa Lempa

Stayed at the Lemonvilla while visiting family in Ripatranstone and San Benedetto. The villa was absolutely gorgeous - photos do not do justice. Private and remote feeling (but still close to town) we felt at home staying at the villa. All 7 of us had enough space. Marcus was proactive and accommodating before the trip started - providing recommendations before we arrived. We hope to return!

Everything was magnificent, for the two of us and our two dogs, it was like living a dream. Clean and comfortable environment, with all the necessary equipment. We didn't use the sauna, but there's that one too. And what about the garden? Spacious, comfortable, high fence, with barbecue, outdoor table and chairs, drinking fountains, deck chairs. In addition there is also another garden, always fenced, which can be accessed via a gate inside the property, with fruit trees (apples, pears, cherries, figs, walnuts, apricots). Magnificent view of the entire Gran Sasso. Hosts have always been helpful, kind, and proactive, with the utmost discretion. We hope to be back soon.

The cottage in the woods - Rustico Ceppino - we can say that it is truly a lovely place. Immersed in nature, but still close to essential services. Charming for the silence and peace it conveys... you can only hear the sound of birds and the leaves of the trees moving in the wind. Perfect accommodation also for our dog who ran around the fenced garden hunting for lizards, for the pool that welcomed us in moments of relaxation, entertaining our 6-year-old son a lot and finally for the bbq that allowed us to grill kebabs at will. Roberto is a very helpful and courteous person. The house has everything, even board games that we used to play in the evenings under the porch. For our first vacation in Abruzzo, we can only say that we will definitely return. Everything perfect! Thanks Roberto. ☺️

A piece of paradise in an oasis of peace. The Hosts make you feel like family, courteous and kind, always ready to help, while leaving you all your freedom and privacy. Close to a shopping center, just a few minutes away, with fast-food restaurants, DIY stores, supermarkets, and more. Just a few minutes from the city center and the hospital, 20 minutes by car from the promenade with a super road that takes you to your destination. "The cottage" is beautiful, an annex with a large kitchen and living room, with a fireplace and a pellet stove, which makes the atmosphere warmer and more homely, two bedrooms and a large bathroom with shower. The veranda with a view of the pool and garden with olive trees puts you in a good mood and reassures you, with a large table for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Private indoor parking shared with the main villa. Possibility of walks in the surrounding nature. Access to the annex is private, from the parking lot, via a picturesque staircase immersed in the flowery borders.
