The toll booth on the sea 1 of 1895

Built in 1895 as a residence for railway workers, this charming signal house nestled between the railway and the beach was fully restored in 2025, preserving its authentic character. The Casello sul Mare boasts a private beach, accessible only from the house with no public access, and a cliffside terrace—perfect for breakfast, sunset aperitifs, or quiet moments of contemplation with a breathtaking sea view. The property is divided into two independent units, each with its own private entrance.

A short walk from the main street, bars, and restaurants, Umberto 25 will give you an experience immersed in the city of ceramics. The room is a large open space equipped with all amenities. Note: Use of the kitchen is provided for a minimum of 3 nights.

You can also visit the ancient olive oil mill located on the property (free of charge).
