It is a 140 sqm flat, 5 windows overlooking the sea (rare on the Promenade), with a 180 ° view. All rooms are air conditioned, with double glazing. Each room is "en-suite" with adjoining bathroom. The apartment is an angle with 2 beautiful terraces for lunch and dinner facing the sea :-)

You will spend a pleasant stay in the heart of Nice in the Carre d'or district, close to the Promenade des Anglais, in my freshly renovated apartment with new double glazed soundproofed windows and freshly painted in November 2025. Ideally located close to everything: beaches, museum, transport, restaurant, all shops nearby, bakery, supermarket, etc. Large mezzanine, double bed. Sofa bed (its use as a bed for 2 people entails a daily supplement of 10 €). You visit the whole city on foot, old town, museums.
