Grill, jacuzzi (6 people) on the terrace, gazebo, grand piano, air conditioning, TV, and Wi-Fi. Meters from downtown Villa Urquiza. Access to the Subte (metro) and various means of transportation that connect to the entire city. 15 minutes from Palermo and Recoleta.

Country house very close to the city, it has a 3500 m2 park, pool, grill area with clay oven and a large gallery that from there you have the best view! The house has a living room with an integrated kitchen, hot and cold air, two bedrooms with a full bathroom that they share. One of them with a double bed and TV, the other with three single beds (the two with air and a closet). TV with Netflix. It also has a laundry room and an additional bathroom. Ask about late check-out, subject to availability!

En el exterior: pileta, quincho cubierto con parrilla, horno de barro, mesa para grupos grandes, un baño, juegos para niños, metegol, tejo y cancha de fútbol. El barrio también cuenta con canchas de tenis.
