This small cottage is the ideal vacation destination for couples, friends or families looking for a break in the middle of nature. The house sleeps 4 people in 2 bedrooms and has direct access to the lake. Ideal for nature lovers looking for relaxation in or on the water (with their own pedal boat). Fully equipped with a modern kitchen, cozy living room, fire bowl, dining table and outdoor lounge - it leaves nothing to be desired.

Gradisch Forester's Lodge

The Gradisch forest house was renovated to the highest standard in 2022. Short driving times to the Carinthian ski resorts: Gerlitzen 20 minutes; Bad Kleinkirchheim 25 minutes; Turracherhöhe 35 minutes and to Lake Wörthersee and Lake Ossiach each 15 minutes. The large Zirbenstube as well as the pool heated with geothermal energy, a small sauna, the designer kitchen and a pool table are the highlights of this house.

When do you ever have the opportunity to make a fire, light the stove, get water for the day at a spring, bake fresh wood-fired bread, collect plants and mushrooms, watch animals or simply watch the clouds move? At our Gustlhütte you have the opportunity to do just that - and plenty of time. We have deliberately created a place of peace & serenity, nature and naturalness as well as tradition & authenticity.

Living by the creek

In a tranquil, small village at the foot of the Karavanke Mountains lies the "Ferienwohnung am Bach" (vacation home by the stream). Bordered by extensive orchards and a small rushing stream, the newly renovated apartment invites you to relax in a quiet environment. Next to the fireplace/barbecue area, the three donkeys Leni, Alpina and Tamara graze. A few chickens and cats are also always on the go.

You are able to reach the closest ski lift in 10 minutes by car. On site parking for up to 2 cars. Space for up to 5 people. There are 2 bedrooms and one pull out couch.
