Andrea e una persona speciale Raramente si incontra al suo cammino della vita persone cosi .Ci ha spiegato tutto con tranqulita e stało disponibile sempre .E questo non e niente.Abbiamo parlato di tante cose . Penso se avessimo piu tempo ,una cena insieme sarebbe un grande piacere.. What a gorgeous place to stay! We chose the location because it looked peaceful, away from the busy city, and near to the water. It was exactly what we wanted - waking up to the sound of the sea, and stunning sunsets on the balcony. It felt very private with lots of places to sit depending on your mood - sun loungers, shaded balconies, outdoor table, or a comfy sofa inside. Everything you need is just a short drive away, and we parked in the large train station car park when we visited Cagliari - 15 Euros all day, pay at the machine. There are loads of lovely sandy beaches heading East along the coast, from 10 to 40 mins away, with free parking. The house was spacious, spotlessly clean and smelled wonderful! The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were dark with the shutters closed. The hot tub was really nice, comfy, everything worked, and we loved watching the sunset from there. Taty & Luca were outstanding hosts, thank you so much for everything!

We had a lovely stay and the apartment was very well located and spacious. It was very well appointed with big rooms and a lovely balcony overlooking the piazza. It was sometimes a bit noisy early in the morning with street cleaning but the apartment was quite well soundproofed with windows shut. Overall we had a lovely stay and the location is great for exploring Cagliari.

Great location and walkable from all restaurants/bars and some beaches. Very nice host and private apartment, would definitely recommend.

We had such a great time at this apartment. Very well equipped, way more than what we expected! Everything you need for a beach holiday, great beach equipment and all amenities were new! One of the best Airbnb’s we have been so far! Definitely recommend! 5min walk to the beach and to the bus station. Great communication with Taty, it was even possible to Check-in early and Check-out late as we had a late flight back. We will definitely come back!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Unterkunft in Costa Rei. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben und hatte einen traumhaften Blick auf den Ort und das Meer. Nathalie und Marino waren jederzeit für uns erreichbar. Erholungsfaktor 100 %. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Ein sehr freundlicher Assistent von Stefano & Mario hat uns beim Check-In empfangen. Alles gezeigt und alles gut erklärt. Die Lage des Hauses ist einmalig, genau wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos ersichtlich Die Sicht auf das Meer wunderbar und der Strandzugang wirklich sehr nahe, höchstens 2 Minuten zu Fuss und man ist an einem wunderschönen Strand. Der Strand bietet keine Restaurants, also Picknick mitnehmen. Das Haus selber sehr schön eingerichtet, es hat alles was man braucht. Wir sind mit 3 kleineren Kindern da gewesen, mann musste einfach sehr aufpassen dass nichts kaputt geht. Es hat viele sehr schöne und kostbare Dekoration im Haus. Während des Aufenthalts war Stefano immer errichbar, hat uns wertvolle Tips zur Umgebung und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten aufgezeigt. Wir würden das Haus sofort wieder buchen. Vielen Dank Stefano und Team, dass wir eure Gäste sein durften!

Sehr schönes Appartement und sehr freundliche Gastgeber in einer Traimgegend (perfekte Strände und dauernd gutes Wetter). Gute Empfehlungen der Gastgeber zu Restaurants und Ausflügen. Sie waren immer schnell erreichbar wenn es eine Frage oder ein Problem gab. Danke für einen tollen Aufenthalt

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in dit strandhuisje. Het weer was prachtig, dus we hebben voornamelijk buiten geleefd. Het overdekte terras, de grote tuin met bbq en de warme buitendouche waren een pré, met name omdat het binnen niet zo groot is. De keuken is heel compleet maar de slaapkamers en badkamer zijn echt krap voor vier grote volwassenen. In alle ruimtes is airco en buiten ook een fan, waardoor het goed uit te houden is in de warmte. En het allermooiste: je loopt van je omheinde tuin door een poortje en trapje zo het strand op! De zee is lang ondiep, maar ook kraakhelder en verrukkelijk! Stefano is een superhost, of het nu gaat om een lekkende airco, te weinig handdoeken of wijnglazen, een kapotte parasol, een weerbarstig slot, Stefano lost het supersnel op! Altijd vriendelijk, beleefd en met een grote glimlach, alleen al voor hem zou je nog een keer terugkomen :)

This house was absolutely amazing. I took a bunch of my friends here for my birthday and we had the best time. The house was very clean and modern with comfortable and clean beds. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking equipment which was very helpful. The host was very responsive and check in and check out was very easy. This house is gorgeous and right on the beach (perfect for swimming). It is very remote (which makes it feel safe). I would definitely recommend renting a car if you are staying here as its driving distance from everything and cabs have a hard time finding it. I will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Unterkunft ist mit der Aussicht der Hammer. total ruhige Lage am Ende einer Sackgasse. Andrea war immer erreichbar, hat viele Tipps gegeben und ist mit allem sehr flexibel. tolle Unterkunft. unb3dingr bei Andreas Eltern Essen gehen; im da Babara, klasse Fischplatten und hohe Qualität. Der Strand liegt nicht weit weg. Jetzt im Kini nur am Wochenende was los. Fest zu den gelb blauen Schirmen. Die sind günstiger.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Haus auf Sardinien. Wir waren zu viert und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus war sehr sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet und die Lage nah am Strand war einfach perfekt. Enrico war sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!

Wir (Eltern und ein Jahr altes Baby) waren eine Woche zu Gast und fanden es einfach perfekt! Wir haben gegrillt und an den windigen Tagen mit dem Baby im Pool gebadet. Wir haben ein Auto gemietet und damit ist man bald an den wunderschönen Stränden der Umgebung und natürlich nahversorgern. Das Haus schaut so aus, wie auf den Bildern und Gabriele hat dazu liebevoll alles für unser Baby vorbereitet( Kinderstuhl mit Befestigungsmittel, Spielzeug, Babywasser, im Garten Luftmatratze,Schaukel und Rutsche)! Er hat sich jeden Tag erkundigt, ob wir was brauchen. Auch hat er uns gute Tipps für Restaurants und Unternehmungen gegeben. Check in und out waren flexibel ( vielen lieben Dank) und unkompliziert. Einfach perfekt !!!

Un séjour parfait dans un écrin paradisiaque, un petit bout de la Sardaigne rien que pour nous, des hôtes d'une gentillesse incomparable, d'une discrétion totale, toujours à l'écoute, un accueil merveilleux, pleins de petites attentions gourmandes, un lieu exceptionnel pour pouvoir explorer le Sud de cette belle île, un séjour que nous n'oublierons jamais. Merci Francy et Léandro vous êtes au top !

Carlotta made our stay so easy and straightforward - we couldn’t ask for more. The place was really lovely and spacious, with everything we needed. We loved the garden! We walked to Punta Molentis from the apartment which was a great way to experience more of the local area.

Elena’s place was stunning. Hands down the BEST place I’ve ever stayed in. From the white sparkling interior, to insanely comfortable beds with white crisp linen to white marble bathrooms with excellent showers. Just a minute away from great cafe’s and restaurants. Marina was just 5-7 minutes away. Elena was extremely responsive too. I’m already planning my next stay at Elena’s stately retreat.

Cute and charming apartment, incredible view, perfect for exploring the local stunning beaches. Marina & Enrico were excellent hosts, there to welcome us in person with local wine and pastries. Great communication despite the language barrier. Would definitely stay here again.

Wir haben die Villa Mirtilla für 3 Wochen gebucht und haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Besonders die Terasse mit Meeresblick ist das absolute Highlight der Unterkunft. Es sind zwei Strände unmittelbar fussläufig zu erreichen, was insbesondere mit Kindern sehr schön ist. Paolo und seine Frau haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen und waren während unseres Aufenthalts immer hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Wir bedanken uns bei Paolo und seiner Familie und kommen gerne wieder.

Pro: posizione splendida, con doppio affaccio (anche se con casa di fronte) su poetto e molentargius. Completamente ristrutturata. Tutto il necessario presente anche per stare più giorni. Cons: letto un po' piccolo e materasso non comodissimo. Terzo piano senza ascensore. Prezzo alto. In generale, siamo stati benissimo. Daniela sempre disponibile. Ci siamo sentiti a casa. Ritorneremo.

Dobrze wyposażony i czysty apartament z pięknym widokiem na morze. Pomocny, uprzejmy i życzliwy gospodarz, wszystko dokładnie wytłumaczył i pokazał, był w kontakcie przed i w czasie pobytu. Miejsce jest bardzo spokojne, relaksowe; świetna baza do wypadów samochodem na liczne, różnorodne plaże w pobliżu oraz do zwiedzania południa wyspy. Na miejscu dostępna również plaża, choc nie tak atrakcyjna jak wiele innych obok (dojazd od paru minut do pół godziny samochodem). Malutkim minusem były tylko rozjeżdżające się materace na podwójnym łóżku w sypialni, ale nie wpłynęło to na zadowolenie z pobytu. Dziękujemy i pozdrawiamy!

wir hatten einen super tollen Aufenthalt und haben uns von der ersten Minute an wie zuhause gefühlt. Super sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung in bester Lage. Eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche und ein traumhaft schöner Ausblick vom schönen Balkon. Silvia war sehr zuvorkommend und immer erreichbar. Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter. Sehr schöne kleine, gepflegte Wohnung. Mit toller Dachterrasse erreichbar über das Stiegenhaus. Modernes Badezimmer, guter allgemeine Ausstattung. Sehr gute Lage für Unternehmungen, schnell in der Stadt. Leider etwas viel Verkehr vor dem Appartment. Unsere Ansprechperson war sehr nett und zuvorkommend und war dauerhaft über den Chat erreichbar. Kann das Appartment für flexible Personen die auf Sardinien eine tolle Lage benötigen nur empfehlen!
