Every detail of the interiors has been designed with the utmost care, and with the love for architecture of the hosts. The barn has two floors of 60 sqm (120 sqm total): on the first floor the large and bright living area and on the ground floor the bedroom with bathroom. There is a private furnished garden.

Ten minutes from Udine, an hour from the sea, an hour from the mountains. Nearby are San Daniele, Gemona, Venzone and Cividale, fascinating villages to visit.

It's a 5-minute drive to the station, hospital, and supermarkets. A short walk away you will find a pharmacy, pizzeria, pastry shop and the bus stop for bus no. 4 that passes through the center and the station. The historic center is also easily reached on foot in 15 minutes.

Bright Loft in Udine

Very bright loft, with a beautiful terrace. Not recommended for those who want a hotel-like experience. This is a real home, with my books, my things, that I rent when I'm away. It doesn't have a TV, it's very welcoming, authentic, bohemian. The price includes the tourist tax, 1.60 euros per person per day. If you read below and understand that you are exempt, write to me, you must fill out a document that I will send you and you will be exempt from the tax.

Cozy 1bed/1bath of about 40sqm (430 sf) in the city center of Udine. The apartment is located on the 1st floor (walk up) and overlooks the quiet Via del Sale. The unit has been recently refurbished. ***Important Note*** the parking on the street (Via del Sale) is resident only. You can park temporary to load/unload but we suggest to park the car in Via Mentana close to Moretti Park (free) or Magrini Parking (public toll parking) to avoid tickets and fines-

It can comfortably accommodate up to 3 people and is served by all the city's urban lines. *** The city of Udine has introduced a tourist tax for those staying in the city as of 02/01/25. The amount is €1.50 per night per person up to a maximum of five nights. It will be collected upon arrival directly from the Host.
