Holiday rentals with a patio in Villanueva de la Cañada

It was like arriving at a relative's guest house. Our flight arrived very early in the morning and Cristina allowed us to drop off our luggage before the time and also enter the Airbnb that was available. The response time to messages is almost immediate. Cristina is very nice and kind, as is her son, whom we met when he was visiting and helped us turn on the TV once. The only time we had to contact her was because the TV wouldn't turn on, and in less than 10 minutes, they had already fixed it. Cristina's details are excellent, she welcomed us with a bottle of wine and a small snack, a bottle of water in the refrigerator (even though she informs us that the tap water is drinkable), there is a hair dryer in the bathroom, a brush and some toiletries. The subway station is relatively close, it's 2 or 3 blocks away. On that route there are 2 supermarkets, 1 grocery store, 1 or 2 bars and some shops. A nice park behind the house.

Miguel was such a wonderful host and helped us out so much! He was super responsive and a really great guy. The airbnb was extremely nice and we loved staying there!

Everything was perfectly clean. The host always answered quickly and was very kind. Independent entrance so you don't have to wait for anyone to open the door. I really think I made a good choice choosing this apartment

Very nice stay and host. There were many courtesy items such as breakfast, ice, infusions, etc. I would definitely come back. One drawback is that being a low floor, when the slightest crumb of food fell to the ground, an ant would appear, but nothing to worry about.

Ana Cristina is very easy to communicate with, she is helpful and flexible. Her appartment in Lavapies is a great place to stay if you want to experience the real Madrid.

The apartment is very nice, exactly as in the photos. It had everything we needed, and it was a nice touch that they left us some basic things to prepare our breakfast! The surroundings in some parts were not very nice but it is very well connected by transport! Thank you very much for everything!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lucas’s place. It is absolutely beautiful and extremely clean. Our family of 4, with two teenagers, were comfortable. The beds were great and the balcony was a nice place to relax. Lucas was an excellent and helpful communicator, with good recommendations and clear instructions. Being able to walk to El Cafe de Don Manuel each morning for coffee was a terrific bonus. We wouldn’t hesitate to start here again when returning to Madrid.

Very good stay, place was really convenient for travel etc. The apartment was much bigger than expected and the outside space was lovely. Would definitely stay again.

To clarify some questions that I had myself before arriving to the apartment: * I have been living in this flat for 3 months and I haven’t seen a cockroach. Just in case, Jonathan took the complaints serious and set up some traps in the flat. * Yes, there is no service inside of the apartment, but the wifi works perfectly! * There is not that much natural light, but that somehow also makes the flat very cozy (as the description says) * It is located very centrally, even though it might not look like that on Maps. Since the apartment is in the ground floor, the air is a bit humid inside. Opening the windows a lot helps, and there were also some dehumidifiers set up, which made it better too. As for Jonathan as a host, he does his “job” perfectly! He was always available and answered within a couple of minutes. Whenever I had a problem, he stopped by and helped me as soon as he could. All in all, I think there is no better place to stay in Madrid, especially for that price!

Fantastic place, very cosy and Rosario was an excellent communicator. would fully recommend to any couple or solo traveller looking for a base to see Madrid.

Raquel was very attentive from the first contact!The location is good, close to many supermarkets and gas stations! The apartment needs some repairs, and if it had an air conditioner it would be perfect, but the host left us a portable fan that softened the heat! The bathroom and shower are a plus, The water pressure is great! The apartment meets the needs for a short stay!

We stayed at Juan’s place for over 10 days and rented two units to celebrate our daughter’s wedding. Both units were on first floor and ours had a beautiful garden. Perfect for 2 adults and maybe a kid. Clean, spacious and within walking distance to great restaurants, grocery stores, Alcala street, metro and bus stops. Juan was very friendly and responsive. The AC was great since it was very hot outside. Also, very convenient laundry room in the common area. Our only complain is the very poor internet service. We had to use our data almost every day while being inside the apartment. Although Juan indicated new internet was going to be installed we experienced the problem until we left.

location 25 min from downtown. super tidy house, good TV, good mattresses. Juan was always very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend 👌

The contact with Mario was very easy and direct. He gave all kinds of tips in advance and a good description of how to get in. If you are looking for a busy environment with a lot of entertainment, you are clearly not looking for such a place. However, if you are looking for a nice place to relax and want to explore the Spanish hinterland, it is ideal. Everything is as mentioned, it is sparkling clean and even some extras are offered. I was only here for one night, because I was in transit, but it is ideal to unwind. I would highly recommend it!

I had a great stay at Basyar's place. I'd just been running a large event in Madrid and therefore needed some peace and quiet and it delivered exactly that. its out of the main hustle and bustle of Madrid which may not suit everyone but for me it was perfect. I particularly loved the terrace and small pool which is a rare find and the sun shone so I was able to make the most of it. The property is a 20-30 mins drive outside of central Madrid (depending on time of travel) but this was fine for me. I didn't take public transport or really research the local area but found a small shop round the corner which was sufficient for my needs. Basyar was really responsive when I had questions and was very accommodating when I had to extend my check-out time. I will definitely return.

This was our second time staying at Maria’s place; the first was made by my wife. And there’ll be more stays in the future. Maria is just the nicest host & we always feel immediately at home in her lovely apartment. So did our cat, who loved sleeping outside in the balcony garden We had more time to explore the area this time. Found Dot Cafe Bar a minute away whereas a 4 minute walk takes you to Nuo Sushi & Ramen 4 minutes . A 15 minute walk will get you to K Store on Embajadores, a modern Asian supermarket with a huge selection, in case you are hankering after ramen. Highly recommended place and neighborhood.

What a great place! We stayed for a month while learning Spanish and could not have been happier. Great location, in the heart of La Latina, easy to walk to all the major sights. Quiet and the air conditioner works really great. Rebecca and Victor have done everything to make a long stay really comfortable. The bedroom has really nice his-and-her wardrobes with ample space (and hangers) for holding all your clothes and even a jewelry tray! Then, there are the two bathrooms. One has a rain shower and the other has a regular shower so you can take your pick. The primary bathroom also has plenty of storage in drawers below the double sink so that you don't have to clutter the counter. And the water pressure is great. The kitchen is well-equipped and the fridge is big enough to store plenty of food. The stovetop works well. There is a washer that also dries your clothes (although it does take a while....) All in all, a fabulous stay!

Very good accommodation located 15 minutes walk from the Wizink Center, so it's great if you're going to an event. Four of us fit perfectly because the sofa bed is huge. The apartment is also very nice and I would definitely recommend it! Many thanks to Paola and Ceci for everything.

Awesome host and unit. Sufa was always quick to answer my queries and very accommodating with checking in. Was super sweet to see the fridge stocked up with bread, eggs, and water when I arrived..as well as oil and basic cooking supplies. The location was great, not a long walk to the metro station, the walks helped me make room for all the great food Madrid has to offer. I had a great experience visiting Madrid and Sufa’s hospitality was a part of that!

Leopoldo's apartment was great. Beautiful, great location in a lively neighbourhood. Also, Leopoldo was very friendly, helped me figure out tickets to a local museum. Overall a great experience. I would stay here again. One very small thing is that one of the bedrooms has a window that is the ground level of a street. Usually the noise was not a problem, though sometimes in the morning some street noise can be heard. Only an issue for light sleepers who would like to sleep in. The loft bedroom does not have this issue.

As usual after 4 years of using Alvaro's place , we are again fully satisfied.

Perfect for a short or long stay in Madrid. Everything was clean and functional, and it was a great space to enjoy the city. The communication with the host was exceptional.
