Beachfront holiday rentals in Villapiana

Monolocale per due persone al primo piano di una palazzina che affaccia proprio sul mare. Al check in ci ha accolti la mamma di Chiara, una signora cordiale e gentile che ci ha spiegato un po’ di cose. Abbiamo portato in vacanza anche il nostro cagnolone di 11 anni che ha gradito la vicinanza alla spiaggia avendo difficoltà a camminare. Esternamente alla palazzina è presente anche uno spazio dotato di pompa dove abbiamo potuto lavare il cane al ritorno dalla spiaggia. Posto auto garantito all’interno di questo spazio condominiale al quale si accede con un cancello automatico. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo ☺️

Io e la mia famiglia siamo stati una settimana in vacanza in questa località nuova per noi. Casa con vista stupenda, un tramonto splendido ;) la consiglio per rilassarsi; inoltre se si ama esplorare i dintorni e le calette più nascoste e rocciose è un ottimo punto di partenza ! Michele è stato super di aiuto per indicazioni varie. Non prende benissimo Internet quindi è perfetto se si vuole staccare un po’ da telefono e pc e fare una settimana di relax completo. La zona è tranquilla, residenziale, panoramica, perfetta per coppie e famiglia.

Perfect! This place was a serene getaway right on the beautiful Tyrrhenian Sea. Upon arrival, the house was just as described and photographed with plenty of private en suite bathrooms and lots of open common space. The kitchen was well-equipped (and stocked with some delicious surprises) making it easy to serve a group of 10+. The bedrooms were clean and spacious with beautiful lighting and some had ocean views. Nicola was super friendly and flexible with arrival time. He came to let us in and give us a full tour to make sure we knew how every amenity functioned, including the espresso machine. The house was very clean. The couches and beds were comfortable. The size and layout of the house make it very comfortable for large families or groups to use while maintaining individual or couple privacy. Our group of 10 will definitely be back! Thank you for being so attentive and responsive to all our questions, Nicola. Our time was perfect.

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und unkompliziert in die Wohnung eingeführt: Reichlich Wasser und Kaffee standen für uns bereit. 2 Balkone (Nordwest bzw. um Eck Nordost mit Blick aufs Meer, Südwest bzw. Südost ums Eck mit Blick auf die Bergketten) luden ein, das Frühstück, ein Sonnenbad oder den Abendausklang zu genießen. Die Einrichtung ließ keinen Wunsch offen (s. Beschreibung). Hunde, Katzen, Hühner in der Nachbarschaft vermitteln ein ländliches Flair. Fabrizio Piccolo war für uns der Ausgangspunkt für viele kurzweilige Unternehmungen (Nahbereich: Rossano und Corigliano - enge Altstädte in Hanglage, Sibari mit dem Archäologischen Park; Fernbereich: Camigliatello Silano im herrlichen Sila-Nationalpark). Ein Auto ist für das Quartier empfehlenswert, genügend Parkraum steht am Haus, gelegen an einer Sackgasse, zur Verfügung. Der Abschied, unkompliziert arrangiert, fiel uns schwer.

Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach house located directly on a perfect sandy beach with sunset views and calm warm water for swimming. Great wifi, Netflix TV Fantastic well furnished patio for dining and sunbathing, relaxing, with a great outdoor hot shower, BBQ, umbrellas etc. Viviana is a lovely host who made sure we had everything we needed, her welcome pizza and snacks were much appreciated as were her great restaurant recommendations. the nearby ruins were worth the visit and dining options in Bellevedere and Diamante are plentiful . we were 4 adults who loved our week at Vivianas Beach house

L'appartamento ampio e confortevole, terrazza ventilata da dove si può ammirare il mare. A 200 Mt si trova la spiaggia ed un'ottima pasticceria siciliana Il proprietario gentile e premuroso Suggerimento: la wi. fi dato che la connessione non sempre funziona nella zona

ottima struttura, host gentilissima e sempre disponibile, prezzo basso. un po' difficile da trovare ma l'host per fortuna ci ha aiutato molto.

Wir waren zu 5 dort- 3 Erwachsene ein Kind und ein Kleinkind und waren im Mai dort- Vorsaison- am Strand fast die Einzigen und die Nächte noch ruhig. Vor der Nase erstreckt sich ein sicherer Fahrradweg auf dem man ein Stück die Küste entlangfahren könnte oder spatzieren auf der Promenade. Es gibt neben den angrenzenden Lidi auch eine Pineta mit freiem, wilden Strand. Das Meer ist lange laaangge nicht tief und deshalb super für Kleinkinder. Als wir ankamen war ein feiner Minestrone auf dem Herd und zweierlei Pizza im Ofen😍. Im Kühlschrank hat Patrizia weitere Leckereien für uns bereitgestellt- das war sehr Nett! Es hat sogar ein wenig Sandsachen und einen Ombrellone. Im Wohnzimmer hat es viele Bücher für gross und Klein- am Meisten haben wir die wunderbare Terrasse genossen- viele Pflanzen verspielte Details und die beiden Hollywoodschaukeln haben uns verzaubert und tiefenentspannt. Giulia e Guido (il custode) sono disponibili e presenti in caso di necessità. L'alloggio corrisponde alla descrizione, anzi c'è anche di più!! In casa c'è tutto il necessario per mangiare, lavastoviglie, lavatrice e stendino. L'appartamento vista mare regala tramonti stupendi e c'è la possibilità di andarci anche a piedi attraverso lo splendido giardino di ulivi che circonda il residence. È presente anche una bella piscina con il bagnino sempre presente! Luogo tranquillo e bellissimo per concedersi un po' di meritato relax!! Consiglio vivamente con la speranza di tornarci presto!!!☀️

Appartamento su due piani completo di tutto il necessario situato all'interno di un residence con piscina, ottima la comunicazione in quanto l'host è in loco. Il centro di Scalea dista un paio di minuti di macchina. Consigliato

Matteo 's place was perfect quiet clean and spacious the supermarket is close by and also a coffee shop. also a short drive to the beach. The gas cooker is not an auto ignition so make sure you have a lighter of some kind with you. once we got a that sorted and got the gas going for a cup of tea we were happy. We thoroughly recommend Matteo's place easy to find and access

Un jardin très bien entretenu avec une piscine très propre ; un accès à la mer proche ! Un restaurant de plage très pratique et un personnel a l’écoute

Top-Ausgestattete Unterkunft mit Pool und „privatem“ Strandzugang. Unser Highlight war der Strand (ca. 1km und 200 hm entfernt). Küche ist top ausgestattet. Betten bequem und alles war sauber. Zwei Balkone, vor allem der überdachte Balkon erweitert den Wohnraum noch einmal enorm. Jede Mahlzeit kam draußen eingenommen werden. Jan ist ein toller und bemühter Host, der sich immer wieder um unsere Zufriedenheit erkundigt hat.

Nous avons séjourné une semaine avec nos 3 ados dans la maison de Fabio. Nous avons été très bien accueillis, la maison se trouve dans Cirella (maison de ville à 5 min de la plage donc un peu de bruit à certaines heures mais on s’y habitue). La maison est bien équipée avec tous les produits de première nécessité ce qui évite de tout acheter en arrivant. On a passé de supers vacances!

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist wie im Inserat beschrieben, mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und sehr sauber. Der Meerblick vom Balkon ist fantastisch. Etwas störend war der Lärm von Straße und Eisenbahn.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana ad agosto presso Villa Florio a Maratea e siamo rimasti estremamente soddisfatti. La casa è molto bella, ben suddivisa e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno piacevole. Gli spazi esterni sono immersi in un'area verde curatissima, con una splendida lecceta a sud. Qui, è possibile godersi la colazione fonte mare o rilassarsi al sole in totale privacy, il tutto accompagnato da una vista incantevole sul Golfo di Policastro e tramonti mozzafiato. Consigliamo vivamente Villa Florio non solo per la bellezza e l'unicità del luogo, ma anche per la gentilezza e l'ospitalità di Maria Teresa e del suo compagno, che hanno reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più speciale. Maratea e la Basilicata sono luoghi incantevoli, e questa villa è il punto di partenza ideale per scoprirli.

L’appartamento è dotato di ogni utilità, bene arredato e grazioso. Vista mare superlativa. L’host ci ha accolto con ogni informazione utile. Marina di Fuscaldo è un piccolo paese ma ci ha piacevolmente sorpreso

В Скалее мы отдыхаем не первый раз, поэтому в сравнении с другими квартирами этого городка, эта очень симпатичная. Расположение прекрасное,рядом море, недалеко магазин и достаточно близко центр города. Прекрасная терраса даёт возможность много времени проводить на воздухе. Район тихий и зелёный. Я рекомендую эту квартиру)

Spacious, clean and well equipped accommodation right in the centre of Praia a Mare. Close to good restaurants and bars. Floriana was specially helpful and concerned that we enjoyed our stay.

We loved our time at this villa! It’s right on the beach with gorgeous views and a peaceful atmosphere. The home was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The outdoor space was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunset. Great location—quiet but close to restaurants and shops. The hosts were kind and responsive. Highly recommend!
