Perfect for sports enthusiasts and nature lovers, bike, mountain bike and hiking trips are close to the accommodation. Studio 2 min by car from the center of Briançon. Very nice cozy accommodation. Small balcony ideal for having breakfast in the sun. Housing not suitable for people with reduced mobility on the 1st floor.

It is functional and charming. This apartment is ideal for a couple. We are served by public transport (TGV shuttle stop and city bus 3 minutes away. Our green garden is relaxing. We offer a parking space exclusively reserved for the apartment.

The staircase leading to the bedrooms is steep but well equipped with handrails, but this must be taken into account for people with mobility difficulties. Access is completely independent. Detached house with large panoramic terrace with unobstructed view of the mountains, very quiet place on a large plot of land in the countryside and 5 minutes from the city and ski lifts. The house is completely refurbished to modern tastes. It consists of 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with large walk-in shower and a separate toilet. Sleeps 6. Ideal for a weekend or a quiet holiday in the mountains.

Small wooden chalet in the mountains

Everything is there, but you have to go: Warning access: Narrow 4 km mountain dirt road accessible with a rugged vehicle (highly recommended). We do not recommend climbing in new and/or low-body vehicles. Altitude 1650 meters. From the beginning of December to the end of March, due to snow, the climb is only done by hiking, about 45 minutes. Four golf holes (pitch and putt), clubs and balls are at your disposal.

Come and recharge your batteries in our ground floor apartment. Refurbished with quality materials, you can rest or enjoy the surrounding activities. A 10-minute walk to the Prorel ski lift, the apartment has a parking space in front of the house. Very well equipped, you can take advantage of the appliances provided or small appliances to make fondue or raclette. The kitchen will delight you with its convenience.
