To recharge your batteries in Villard de Lans, a friendly and dynamic mid-mountain resort, our studio (south-facing with balcony) is ideally located at the foot of the slopes, cable cars and the start of hikes and mountain bike trails. In winter and summer, you can enjoy many sports activities or relax while enjoying the calm and landscapes of the Vercors. A breath of fresh air less than: 50 minutes from Grenoble, 1 hr 50 minutes from Lyon, 1 hr 30 minutes from Valence.

Chaleureux appartement de 2 pièces (45m2) avec grande terrasse de 20m2 situé dans le quartier du Lycée de Villard De Lans. 15mn à pied du centre village et 8mn en voiture de la station de la Cote 2000. Il est composé d'une chambre avec 2 lits simples qui peuvent être rapprocher pour former un lit double de 160x190. Dans le salon se trouve une cuisine tout équipée, un espace repas et un canapé-lit. Salle de douche et WC séparés. Stationnement privé ( 1 place)

★ Small Cosy Studio ★ Close to slopes and hikes

Small studio in Les Glovettes (Villard-de-Lans) at the foot of the slopes. Skis to the feet in winter and starting beautiful hikes ! The accommodation is small (14 m2) but it is super comfortable for a couple. It is located on the 2nd floor with elevator, 100 m from the supermarket and shops (inquire about the opening). Duvets and pillows provided... but not sheets or towels. Don't forget them! This allows us to rent the studio for very short periods.

Rated 4 **** stars by Atout France. It took us 1 year of work to restore all the charm to this (very) old stone building where we took up residence, and where we reserved an independent space to create, with love, the Gîte des Nines! Quality materials, new amenities, etc... Less than a 10-minute walk to the village with all amenities. Frequently asked question, what to provide for coffee? There is: - a filter machine - a pod machine (Senseo type)
