The apartment's location is ideal for those who want to combine proximity to the center of Pucón and a quiet environment to rest, it is on a quiet street and lake shore with excellent views from the building's terrace, where you can enjoy quincho and jacuzzi. Nice apartment and very comfortable, located in a quiet and exclusive condominium, with everything you need for an excellent stay. Barbara is a very good host, very attentive to everything, responds quickly if you have any questions. Only 2 things that I consider important to know before renting, the laundry service is aside and recreational activities are apparently not available in winter, still I would definitely come back!

The apartment and condominium are very nice and have many services! The host was very nice and flexible with our needs. We recommend going by car to spend several days, to be able to take advantage of the common spaces of the condominium and not have problems when moving inside and outside the condominium.

The house is really nice, just like the photos. Very close to the lake. We went as a family, 3 couples and all very comfortable. The gazebo is very spacious and from the terrace there is a view of the lake. Communication with Francisco was very good, always attentive. The supermarket is 5 minutes away. Everything you need to have a relaxing vacation.

This stay at Cecilia's house was truly a pleasure. Everything worked incredibly smoothly, the check-in, the stay, and the exit and this was all due to her great communication and availability. Additionally, the space itself was incredible. We very much loved the open concept of the house, this allowed us to all feel together during our time there. Lastly the outdoor spaces and surroundings facilitated an enjoyment of the beautiful nature around the house and in Pucon. We loved getting to sit on the patio and read, play games, or drink a cup of coffee while looking over the volcano and lake Villarrica. In terms of the inside of the home, there was everything we needed for our stay, as well as beds that were incredibly comfortable for after a long day of hiking or swimming.

Excellent host always aware of everything, the cabin is well located with the possibility of accessing playa bonita. Excellent heating had two AC plus a forest and a bag of firewood as well. Super recommended place

The Depto de Fabián is located just steps from the coast and on the side of the leading supermarket. Great location to enjoy Villarrica and its surroundings. Linda decoración, espacios muycomodos y nuevo, por seguro volvernos. Thank you Fabián for being attentive at all times.

An exceptional apartment. Very comfortable, spacious and well-equipped, with a choice of indoor and outdoor eating and sitting areas, and with stunning views. We’ve stayed in many AirBnbs and this is one of the best! Communication was excellent and Maria Magdalena was very helpful. The only drawback for us was that it is about 25 kms west of Pucon and all the outdoor adventures we wanted to do are to the east of Pucon. So if you are active and want to hike every day or do white water rafting or visit hot springs you will be doing a lot of driving to get to your destinations.

Quiet environment, ideal for resting and disconnecting. The apartment has a very nice and cozy decoration. It was impeccably clean and the aroma upon entering was very pleasant, which made the stay even more pleasant. Without a doubt, I would recommend it and would come back enchanted.

Very good apartment, very comfortable and above all safe. The area has a lot of connectivity and a scooter stop nearby (good transportation option). Comfortable and above all the sound of the river to relax is very good.
