The house on the beach

The beach house is a villa of 150 square meters and 'located on the sandy coast of eastern Sicily between Catania and Siracusa. The house stands on three levels: the ground floor there is a spacious living room with dining, fireplace, kitchen and WC designed ; the first floor: three bedrooms, two WC designed and a laundry room; on the second floor there is a spacious loft. The house overlooks a terrace of 60 square meters equipped with gas grill, umbrella, table, chairs, loungers.

Palmento San Nicolò

Nestled on a quiet country road in the heart of a vineyard planted on Monte San Nicolo, the accommodation includes 2 buildings, a Palmento from 1902 which houses the wine press and its outbuilding which was once used as a tool shed. The Villa is very comfortable on two floors, the upper floor with the bedrooms all equipped with air conditioning and heat pumps and the lower floor with two living rooms, one for entertaining and one more reserved suitable for reading. The rooms are all very spacious and cozy. There are 2 bathrooms on the upper floor and 2 on the lower floor. The kitchen is large and spacious, equipped with 2 ovens and a microwave. Outside, on a patio, there is the possibility of a barbecue.
