Villa Serena has a unique location, completely renovated with all new furnishings just a two-minute walk from the beautiful sandy beach with blue and crystal clear water Genn'e Mari. Within walking distance are a supermarket, restaurant, pizzeria, bar, fishmonger, and ATM. It has a private parking space (3 cars). It has a veranda where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner outdoors with a sea view. Exit from the private garden on a staircase that leads to the beach.

The charming holiday home Nicoleup in Perd'e Sali, southern Sardinia, is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday with a sea view. The 50 m² holiday home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include air conditioning, a fan, a washing machine as well as a TV. A high chair is also available. The holiday home boasts a private outdoor area with a covered terrace.
