This maisonette is located in the heart of a fishing village, 10 minutes from La Rochelle and 15 minutes from the bridge of Ile de Ré. The "côté Mer" house consists of a living room on the ground floor with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet with laundry area. Upstairs you will find a mezzanine where you will have a desk area with a single bed as well as a double bedroom with a private toilet.

Located in a seaside village, former fishing village, at the gate of the Poitevin Marsh and 10 km from La Rochelle and Ile de Ré, this small independent house is ideal for lovers of calm. Access is via a typical narrow street, through the small enclosed private garden of 60 m2. A bike path starts from the village and runs along the wild coast to Ile de Ré. You can walk to observe the birds and admire the light of the Aiguillon Bay Nature Reserve.

Apartment ideally located in the city center of La Rochelle, two minutes walk from the central market. It is located in the heart of the historic center, shopping streets, restaurants and the Old Port. Comfortable and bright apartment on the first floor. The accommodation consists of two bedrooms, each with a double bed, as well as a sofa bed in the living room. I am currently looking for a parking space, I have not yet found one for this year.

Independent stone cottage in Villedoux

Old house of 55 m², completely restored 12 km from La Rochelle, 7 minutes from the ocean, overlooking a large garden with heated pool (mid-May/end of September). Meals can be enjoyed on the south-facing terrace. The cottage is located at the back of our garden but completely independent of our house. The cottage is rated 3 stars by the Charentes-Tourisme organization.
