Charming house on a vineyard estate

Our 3* gîte "A pas de Loup" was created in 2023 in a traditional Burgundy building (35m2). It has all the comforts for a family of 4 and comprises: *On the first floor: -A living room equipped with a kitchenette and all the necessary appliances refrigerator with freezer compartment, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher...) -a shower room / WC with walk-in shower, washing machine and dryer. *Upstairs, a bedroom with a bed (160x200) and a sofa for 2 people (140x200). Each level is equipped with a TV. Free Wi-Fi is available. The gîte is located on a young, family-run wine estate created in 2012, Domaine des Loups, which has been producing family vines for several generations in the Morey-St-Denis appellation area. By appointment, you'll have the pleasure of tasting the estate's wines. (Tasting fee applies unless purchased.) During the harvest and vinification period, we are unable to offer tastings. On the estate, you'll find a relaxation area where you can enjoy your breakfast or meals. A playground is available on site for the enjoyment of younger guests. Pets are welcome in the accommodation, whatever their size or weight. The property is fully fenced. You can park your vehicle on our porch, and our gate will be locked. You'll be sure to keep an exceptional memory of this charming place. Our gite is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Vineyards. Close to charming villages (Château Chalon, Baume-le-Messieurs). 55 minutes from Les Rousses and the ski slopes, 35 minutes from the lakes, not far from Switzerland. Hiking, museum, caves). Between Bletterans and Lons Le Saunier. 15 minutes from the motorway exit (the Jura area). Close to various shops, food trucks.

Our little paradise is located near Louhans. The apartment consists of a daylight bathroom and a room with a large double bed (180 cm) and a sitting area. Enjoy the beautiful pool, the quiet garden with terraces and seating areas or go hiking / cycling. Take advantage of gastronomy/cultural offers on excursions to Burgundy/Jura or on a market stroll in Louhans. A rich breakfast is included in the price. For the dinner that can be booked in addition, we will send you a menu card.

Come and recharge your batteries in this wild, serene environment that is the Jura, Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, with its turquoise lakes, waterfalls, hiking, and vineyards. Very old Bresse farm, Your accommodation is on the 1st floor, with 2 large bedrooms, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. For those who want to cook, there is a shared kitchen on the ground floor, which will be all yours when you need it. Everything you need, as well as fresh eggs from my hens for a nice omelet.
