The house is situated in a quiet location on the edge of town. The apartment is located on the second floor, which requires climbing some stairs. Consequently, it may not be suitable for elderly or less mobile guests. We ask guests traveling with bicycles to let us know in advance. There is limited space and charging stations available in the secure area behind the garages. Please note that the Königscard does not include the use of public transport; this depends on the specific municipality.

In the middle of the forest in Neuleutasch lies this gem for your soul. The villages of Seefeld and Leutasch are a few minutes' drive away. “Mei chalet” offers enough space for 8 guests and nothing stands in the way of a relaxing vacation with family or friends. In the spring and summer you will only be awakened by the chirping of birds, in the fall now and then by a roaring deer and in the winter the quietly falling snowflakes hardly manage to disturb the absolute tranquility.
