The bright apartment is about 100 sq.m. in size. The two generously sized balconies offer breathtaking views of the Alps as well as of the famous castle “Neuschwanstein”. It´s located right next to the dam Forggensee.

Kerle vacation home in Vils/Tyrol

The Kerle apartment is an accommodation with direct mountain views. There are beautiful excursion destinations that you can reach on foot from Vils. (e.g. Vilser Alm, Saloberalm, Alatsee) The city of Füssen and Schwangau with the royal castles are only a few minutes' drive away. The Ehrenberg Castle World in Reutte and one of the longest suspension bridges - Highline179 - in the world are also within easy reach. plus tourist tax of €3 per person/night to be paid in cash on site.

King Ludwig's Old Neighbour

Welcome to the house of my childhood memories. It is located right below the castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau, surrounded by lakes and mountains. Inspired by the contrast between heritage and sharing economies, the designer Michl Sommer and his team of featuring-amsterdam have created this microcosm inside the traditional neighbourhood of Hohenschwangau. The 180 sqm living area provides generous space, and the 1'400 sqm garden is large enough for football games.

Moderne Ferienwohnung direkt am Lech. Die Wohnung besteht aus einer modern eingerichteten Küche ,Schlafzimmer (Doppelbett), einem Bad mit Dusche und Toilette, und einem Eingangsbereich mit Garderobe. Die Wohnung befindet sich zurückversetzt im Hof/Garten bzw. am Lech und komplett im 1. Obergeschoss.Über den Lech genießt man einen romantischen Blick auf das ehemalige Kloster St.Mang und das Hohe Schloss zu Füssen. Einkaufen, Bummeln, Essengehen... ohne Verkehrsmittel möglich.

You will love it because of: quiet neighborhood, 1.2 Meter size bed, outside space, parking, light and cleanliness. It fits perfect for singles.

In this house we also offer other rooms and apartments, in total we can accommodate 17 guests. In the immediate vicinity of the property is the Highline 179, the Alpentherme and the ski and hiking area Hahnenkamm. The royal castles of Ludwig IV are about 20 minutes away. There is no TV. As soon as you arrive here, you’ll feel immediately relaxed. The air is fresh, the street is quiet and there’s a large green meadow next to the house with cows in summer. You have a breathtaking view on the Alps. The flat is located on the second floor where you can enjoy this view perfectly from our balcony. The flat is fully equipped with a large living- and dining room with fireplace, a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom.
