We were incredibly happy with our stay. I thought it was even nicer than the pictures showed. Although the house is right down to a beautiful lake, and the house inside is nice. Can be highly recommended. The only small minus was that there was no drinking water in the taps, but Jim had put some large jugs for us with drinking water. He wrote that we could fill up at a gas station, but we could have used a precise description of where we could get water from. And it would have been nice to know in advance. But all in all, wonderful!

We (2 adults, 3 children and a dog) enjoyed the time in the house and on the lake very much. A cozily furnished house with many small homely details, a very well-equipped kitchen (work tools and also consumables), as well as clean and appealing bathrooms with consumables. A great location at the end of the lake with the road at the house, so we didn't have to drive dirt roads/sandy paths in bad weather. It is a house in the middle of beautiful, little touched nature. Even though we could barely spot wildlife, we found a lot of traces of them. So for us ends a very exciting time, which we could enjoy extensively in the house with its comfortable amenities. For our 3 boys, the household rowing boat for fishing and the jacuzzi were the highlights. We parents enjoyed the sauna in the evening and were delighted that there was plenty of firewood for sauna and oven in the house. Thanks to Leila!

super nice, idyllic and well located accommodation. The photos at all manage to capture the great atmosphere of the house. Very good location for trips. With the house has its own jetty and a boat, the sauna can also be used if you want. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come again. Sylvia is a great hostess.

Jonas was an excellent and warm host. An unforgettable experience was fishing for crabs together. We could help ourselves from the vegetable garden as much as we wanted. And as a welcome, there was a glass of homemade honey. The lake is a dream! Rowboat and kayak were at our disposal. If you love nature, you've found the right place. We really enjoyed the stay. We highly recommend staying with Jonas.

As promised perfect for us as a family with children with lots of toys, swings and sandbox in the garden, but would of course be just as good for groups without children. Inger was welcoming and easy to communicate with. One plus was that there were lots of blueberries close by in the woods☺️

It was a little hard to find, but it ended well. The cottage is fantastically located down to a bathing lake and we started the stay by taking the rowing boat, which was ready at the shore. Lovely experience.

The cottage is beautiful - inside and out, in a great enchanted place. With jetty, boat, sauna and everything you need to be happy. Only it is not secluded but on a lake with other houses, but right by the house it feels like you are alone.

Torpänger was the best landing into vacation mode for us. Such a peaceful place surrounded by beautiful nature and animals. The cabin was just as pictured, clean and very cozy. I enjoyed swimming in the lake and bbq in the evening while watching the sheep grazing in the field.. I can whole heartedly recommend this place. Thank you once again Anna-Lena!

Nice and quiet location near the lake. Lovely evening sun on the newly built balcony. I would have liked more storage/hooks in the cabin. The children wanted some outdoor toys/games to have fun with on the large lawn. Great to be able to borrow a boat! Great location to visit Astrid Lindgren's world.

A cozy accommodation in a very nice place. Lovely pool and clean and fresh in the cottage with a lot of equipment, which makes it easier when you rent a house and do not need to pack everything with you. Pleasant and helpful hosts. We would be glad to come back! Best regards, Johanna with family
