Within walking distance, there is a grocery store, a swimming area, a nice new playground as well as a tennis court and a bowling alley. Nice fishing is available for those interested in Silverån. By car, it takes about 10 minutes to Bullerbyn and about 15 minutes to Vimmerby city center and to Astrid Lindgren's World. It's our home that we normally live in that you rent.

We offer a beautiful nature experience in the Tomtetorp Holiday Home in the scenic Swedish forest; at the Högland hiking trail, 15 min walk from the lake (5 min with car), with endless possibilities for cycling. It is located near the main road 40; 20 km from The Astrid Lindgren's World in Vimmerby; 30 km from the oldest wooden town in Sweden Eksjö; 10 km from the oldest wooden church in Pelarne; 10km from Norra Kvills National park. The nearest grocery store is just 3 km away in Mariannelund.

Cottage with guesthouse and separate sauna house, own dock and wood burning stove. The house is situated in the countryside beside a very quiet and clean bathing and fishing lake. The sea is only a few kilometers away. The residential building and the guesthouse are of a very high standard and are newly renovated. There are canoes, a rowing boat and fishing gear to borrow. 3 miles to Västervik where you can take a ferry to Gotland. 4 Swedish miles to Vimmerby and Astrid Lindgren's world.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. 20 kilometers to Astrid Lindgren's World, within a radius of about 150 kilometers you will find the big city pulse in Kalmar, Linköping, Växjö, Värnamo and Jönköping. If you're ready for adventure, the Wild West Park High Chaparall is a day trip away. If it is forest and nature you are looking for, Lönneberga trail is a stone's throw from here. Two kilometers into the forest is little Hammarsjön, a hidden gem few know about.

Boendet ligger endast 18 km från Vimmerby och 9 km från närmaste mataffär, vilket ger en perfekt balans mellan avskildhet och närhet till service och sevärdheter.

Välkommen till Kvarnstugan, vår varsamt nyrenoverad stuga från slutet av 1700-talet, idylliskt belägen i skogen strax utanför Mariannelund. Här bor du med utsikt över dammen och den gamla stenbron, omgiven av fruktträd, vacker natur och rikt djurliv inpå knuten. Endast 20 min från Astrid Lindgrens Värld. Njut av lugnet, den stora tomten och modern komfort i genuin svensk lantlig miljö.
