Under 2 km you will find church, convenience store, quay with fishing opportunities and Nedstrand "Høyt og Lavt" climbing park. The cabin is of a nice standard, has good bolting space for both children and adults. Good parking facilities. For those bringing a kayak/canoe, it is recommended to paddle both from Leirå Strand and in Lysevatnet.
