Cozy holiday home on beautiful Borgundøy, on the outskirts of Hardangerfjorden. The house is located close to the sea, with a lovely view. There is a beach nearby and a private jetty. The house also has a balcony and terrace. There is a road all the way up. The house has recently been partially renovated. There is no internet, but TV with the possibility to watch movies on BlueRay. Available by ferry from Sydnes and Utbjoa. Car is recommended. Husnes and Stord are the nearest city centers. There is a speedboat from Bergen, with a change in Leirvik.

The house has a large and nice patio, mountains, and associated shoreline. Enjoy one of the many nice mountain hikes in beautiful Vindafjord, bring SUP boards or just relax on the beach or in the garden. Haugesund is about an hour away and offers beautiful architecture, a Viking museum and exotic island tours such as Utsira. Take a day trip to the famous Trolltunga or beautiful Bondhusvatnet!

Approx. one hour drive to Odda, Haugesund and Sauda. 10 minutes to the ski slopes at Olalia. 5 minutes to the municipal center Ølen where there is an activity park with a small beach, football fields and two smaller shopping centers with the shops you need. Short distance to several large companies such as Fatland Ølen AS, Westcon, Ølen Betong, Omega, AutoStore and more. There are also several marked hiking trails in our entire municipality, Vindafjord.

The cabin has 3 bedrooms with new double beds. It sleeps 6 people. The cabin is small and best suited for a family of 4, or 4 adults. There is a large plot with good parking opportunities and outdoor activities. The cabin is centrally located as a starting point for several popular tourist attractions; Bondhusvatnet, Trolltunga and much more.

Dette er et hus fra 1800 tallet som er fullt oppusset uten at atmosfæren er borte. Lite inngjerdet uteområde med beitende dyr like utenfor. Svært gode turområder like ved . Gården ligger ca 2,5 km fra sjø med badestrand og fiskemuligheter, og ca 2,5 km fra butikk og bensinstasjon. Det er eget fiskevann på eiendommen og gammel jegerhytte, 2,5 km fra huset. Huset består av boenhet med 5/6 senger(3 rom). I tillegg er det en egen liten ettromsleilighet som også er utleid på AirBnB (for 2 personer)

Walking distance to the store and gas station. Walking distance to the beach, sand volleyball court and frisbee golf course. Many hiking opportunities Lammanuten, Hest and Himakånå ++++ Here is Norway's only saltwater lock that is in operation. There are also good fishing opportunities.

There are also a number of hiking opportunities/ top tours in the nearby area. Sandeid is located about 50 km east of Haugesund and about 110 km north of Stavanger.

The cabin is highly modern with all amenities in quiet surroundings surrounded by nature on all sides! Cook good food, enjoy a glass of wine and let the calm settle!

Beautiful Holiday house located in Ølen, Rogaland. The house is a newly renovated old house with high standard on the Vik family farm. Ølen is a good starting point for day trips to nearby tourist attractions, like Folgefonna glacier, Trolltunga in Odda, Langfoss & Låtefoss waterfall, Preikestolen (Pulpit Rock) or excellent skiing options! The house owners are very helpful in planning your trips.

The house is in a peaceful setting by the fjord surrounded by grazing animals. You can easily go fishing with the boat, go hiking or enjoy a quiet evening the hot tub. We highly recommend a hike to Himakånå and it is also possible to take a day trip to the Pulpit Rock.
