Compact living with all the comforts. With us, you live in the archipelago with direct access to Stockholm city and with proximity to boats that take you further out in the archipelago. With a little luck, you can see both deer and moose up close. Fågelbro Golf & Country Club is within cycling distance. Spa and several restaurants are located in the nearby area.

All to itself, at the far end of our plot lies our little cottage in a forest glade. It's calm and quiet here. Just nature and at bathing suit distance there is a warm bathing lake. The whole area is traversed by lovely walking paths and it is just under one km down to the bay. Herrbret, which we call the cottage, has a lovely deck in a sunny position in the front. Everything is fresh and newly built in the old-style but with modern standards and equipment. The cottage is intended as a nice relaxing oasis for two people in the vicinity of nature

A charming little house built in 1924, one of Kolvik's first. A peaceful place with forest plot, wildlife, lake views from both windows and terrace. Swimming dock and small beach 300 meters from the house. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the bus that takes you to town in 30 minutes. There are also grocery stores and restaurants. Mölnvik shopping center is 10 minutes away by car/bus. Bicycles can be borrowed to pedal up to the store. You can also take the commuter boat to/from town from Ålstäket, 5 minutes away by car.
