The place is very quiet, ideal for those seeking rest and privacy. The apartment is well-equipped, clean and corresponds exactly to the photos in the listing. The only observation is in relation to the access stairs, which can be a little tiring for those who have difficulty walking or have a lot of luggage. Otherwise, the stay was great and the host was attentive.

Upon arriving at the accommodation we were received by the owner Bel, who informed us about the absence of the stove installation, but this did not prevent us from preparing some meals, as she left several electronic accessories to serve us, with this she quickly searched for specialists for the installation of the same. The only bad point, which is not related to the property, but rather with the regulation of the condominium is about the car vacancies, as there was the technicians for installing the stove or gas, had the moment to be arriving with the car and the condominium condo do not let in with the car, as the car with the technician was using the vacancy. But Bel is very kind and helpful with the resolution of everything we ask for in the period we stayed

I had an excellent stay. The location is great — quiet, safe and with easy access to everything I needed. The space was impeccable, very clean, well equipped and exactly as described in the listing. The host was extremely attentive and helpful throughout the stay, always available to answer questions and make sure everything was perfect. I highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

The condominium is very quiet and the bed is very good! Great for resting! Easy and smooth check-in. The parking space is a little far and uncovered, but it is not a problem, unless you have some difficulty in locomotion The host always responded quickly and was very helpful.

Thank you very much Jose Nilson and Leonel for this wonderful stay!! Their apartment is very well decorated and brand new! It's just like the pictures. Despite being a one-bedroom apartment, the bedroom is spacious and the apartment has a good balcony with a wonderful view. For me, the big difference was having a gas shower and two parking spaces, things that you rarely see in smaller apartments in Cambuí. Everything in the apartment worked and the building is very charming, located in the best neighborhood of Campinas, full of shops and restaurants. I loved staying there and I will definitely stay again!!
