Kitchen has everything one should need and has a dining table with room for 6 people. Living room with wood burning stove, TV and exit terrace on the ground floor. Nice modern apartment of 50 m2 for rent. The apartment is located in the middle of the ski slope on the front row with amazing views. The apartment is fully furnished. 2 Bedrooms. Bedroom 1: Bunk bed with double bed with room for 3 people. Bedroom 2: Storage room that has been converted into a bedroom. Here there is a bunk bed and room for 2. Cramped and best suited for children/adolescents The couch in the living room is a sofa bed. Can also be used. On the terrace there are tables and benches, so that the view can be enjoyed to the fullest.

HI My apartment is brilliant for families or skiing groups.In spring, summer and fall you can bike,hike,go rolling ski and fish in the area. Easy access to the Hovden Alpin senter, only 150 M away.There is also short distance to a Hovden Badeland (swimming pool) and shops.If you want a nice, cosy and easy stay in the mountains this is the place.I want to keep the price on a sensible level so you can enjoy Hovden and the surroundings without being skinned. NB! l do not provide bed linen/towels.

Hytta ligger på 1000 moh rett ved slalombakken i Holtardalen med ski in/out. Langrennsløyper i Silkedalen er kun 200 m unna, eller skli ned til løypene i bunnen av Holtardalen. På sommeren er det rett ut i flott turterreng. Nærmeste butikker er 10 minutter unna med bil til Rauland sentrum. Utvask av hytta kan gjøres selv (beskrivelse i hytteboka) eller mot en kostnad på 1500 kr (vaskefirma) Utsjekk er kl 1300, men kan også avtales på et senere tidspunkt dersom det ikke er ny pågående utleie.
