Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Vinjerac

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche bei Antonija verbracht. Sie ist eine supernette, hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die jederzeit erreichbar war und uns sehr gute Tipps gegeben hat. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich, sauber und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns auf Anhieb wohl gefühlt. Von der Terrasse hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Wasser. Sukosan ist ein charmantes Dorf mit schöner Promenade und tollen Cafés, Bars und Restaurants, die Geschäfte sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Lage des Ortes ist perfekt für Ausflüge zu den Nationalparks, Zadar, Sibenik und Nin. Check-in/-out und Kommunikation waren reibungslos. Danke für die Gastfreundschaft und den schönen Aufenthalt! Wir kommen gerne wieder und können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Liebe Grüße an Antonija und Familie.

We had a wonderful time in the house and Cvijeta and Ivan were always there for our needs!

I had a wonderful 3-day stay at this apartment in Zadar. The highlight was the private and peaceful location near the sea—absolutely perfect for relaxing. The view of the sea from the bedroom was stunning, especially at sunrise and sunset. Though it’s around 8 km from the city center, the quiet atmosphere and scenic surroundings more than make up for it. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and just steps away from the beach. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a serene coastal getaway. Hope to return someday!

Very nice, comfortable Dalmatian stone house in beautiful nature of Paklenica National Park. The owner Marijana is friendly and kind host. She provide us with recommendation and useful information. The house and surroundings was clean. Full equipment. Perfect for us and our 3 shibas. 🐕🐕🐕We loved it.

Excellent accommodation with a fantastic outdoor space in a peaceful village location. Milan is very friendly and kind. A car is needed to explore the area of Zadar and further afield but you could easily enjoy your time staying at the property relaxing and enjoying the outdoor facilities.

Die Unterkunft hat all unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Die Fotos und Beschreibungen sind zutreffend. Stipe hat uns freundlich in Empfang genommen. Bei Fragen waren die Gastgeber schnell per Chat erreichbar. Gute Ausstattung in der Küche. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Super Möglichkeit zu schwimmen und zu schnorcheln. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Die Unterkunft war super. Kontakt war sehr gut. Check-in/Check-out problemlos. Die Lage ist toll, 1min zum Meer mit wunderschönen klaren Wasser. Kleine „Probleme“ wurden sofort behoben. Beispielsweise war die Gasflasche zum Grillen leer, wir haben sofort am nächsten Tag eine neue bekommen. Top! Etwas schade war, dass das Sonnensegel auf der Terrasse gefehlt hat, dadurch war es dort am Tag sehr warm, darum haben wir einen Schirm vom Pool auf die Terrasse gestellt. Auch etwas Schade war, dass (wie ich denke) die Putzfrauen wirklich alles entsorgen oder mitnehmen. Dadurch ist die Küche komplett leer. Keine Gewürze, kein Öl/Essig, kein Pfeffer/Salz….. Normalerweise bin ich gewohnt, dass die Küche eine kleine Grundausstattung hat, oder nicht verbrauchte Lebensmittel vom Vorbesitzer in der Wohnung bleiben. Kein Grund deswegen einen Stern abzuziehen :)! Vielleicht ein Verbesserungsvorschlag für die Zukunft. Trotzdem 10/10. Danke!

Luka was one of the most welcoming hosts we have ever had, he responded to queries very quickly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay went smoothly. The property is in the most beautiful location and offered a really peaceful break. Previous reviews have mentioned the building work, this was barely noticeable during the day and certainly didn’t impact on the enjoyment of the villa.

We had a fantastic stay at Robert’s apartment. He, and his mother, are extremely friendly and very helpful. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the bed (and pillows!) very comfortable. The apartment is a 25-30 minute to the old town but a flat and pleasant walk. Thank you for our stay Robert!

The apartment is lovely and has everything you need. The terrace is a great spot for relaxing, with a large sun umbrella for when it gets too hot. The location is ideal, just a few minutes walk from all that Zadar has to offer. Ivan was always very quick to respond to any questions we had, both before and during our stay. Would highly recommend Ivan’s place for a holiday.

Super Gastgeberin - Klasse 👍🏼 Wir haben uns in Majas Apartment sofort sehr wohlgefühlt. Es war alles tip top sauber & super eingerichtet 👌🏼 Die Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe von Zadar & Flughafen. Ja zu bestimmten Traffic Zeiten fliegen Flugzeuge über das Haus. Doch uns ja hat es nicht sehr gestört. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt 😊♥️

Josipa is an excellent host, friendly and helpful, she was waiting for us on arrival with great local advice. The apartment is finished to a high standard internally with all the items listed. Linen is good quality white towels and bedding, the place is spotless. Josipa is quick to respond and helped us with beach towels and cushions to use at 3 local pebble beaches located within a 5 minute walk of the apartment. Great advice from Josipa on local bus route into Zadar town which is well worth a visit. Also able to park the hire car onsite safely. Puntamika is predominantly a residential area with many homes offering apartments for rent. It’s a lovely welcoming and friendly community. It tends to be quiet after 11 at night which suited us perfectly. Good bars and restaurants within 5 minutes walk as well as a supermarket for supplies. Totally recommend this lovely apartment with beautiful views from each of the 2 balconies. Thank You to Josipa and her lovely family for a great time.

Dieses wundervolle AirBnB kann man nur empfehlen - man möchte den Balkon nicht mehr verlassen - so schön ist die Aussicht und so beruhigend die Klänge der Meeresorgel. Alles ist 1a von der Ausstattung bis zur Kommunikation. Jederzeit wieder!

Thanks to Belmont Realty for our stay at this very peaceful apartment! Amazing views from the balcony and in a quiet location it had everything we needed. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sofort wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Pavle hat immer sofort reagiert, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Diese Insel ist sehr schön, viele Strände, alle sehr leer. Wir würden wiederkommen.

We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad. Andro reageerde snel en vriendelijk en de ruimte was precies zoals beschreven. Het dakterras was een leuke extra! Zeker aan te raden ☺️

Vriendelijke gastvrouw, aanrader. Goede uitvalsbasis voor de watervalparken, Zadar e.d. Fijne zwemplek bij het appartement, met ligbedjes en schaduw. Handige materialen zoals zout, suiker, toiletpapier, schoonmaakmiddelen, thee, bier, super!

The apartment is wonderful. Nice and spacious with an exceptional terrace with a port view. The apartment has very well equipped kitchen, and AC for hot days. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes in a walking distance. The host is really nice and friendly. We had a great stay.

I fell in love with Croatia & Kaštel Kambelovac during my 1-month stay at Erma’s. Barbara, who was my support and contact person, was super helpful, especially when I had questions as I began learning my way around on the wonderful bus system. While you cannot see the water at all & there is little direct sunlight coming in (as there is a building acrosss the street that seems to house a preschool), the studio is charming inside (just as it looks in pics), & is only a 30-second walk from a little pebble beach, a long promenade with benches, and a yummy restaurant. Two more blocks gets you to groceries, a town square (popular with locals—not touristy) & coffee/drink bars. I so appreciated access to a bike to explore the waterfront villages in Kaštel, which had more outdoor dining in the direction of Trojir. Easy access to charming walled city of Trojir, much larger Split, & the airport by bus. Tip: I most loved beach bar with trees at nearby Gomilica. Plus be sure to download bus app.

We stayed for 4 nights and really could have stayed many more. The place is well equipped, everything you need . Great kitchen, bathroom, living area and very comfortable bed. The absolute highlight is the terrace ( and several turtles ) with beautiful plants , plenty of seating and lounging options. The view across to the coast and beyond is amazing. Jelena has obviously put a lot of work and love into this place and we felt vey lucky to be able to stay there. All in all a fantastic place.

This was a wonderful find. We needed a ground floor apartment due to my husband’s mobility and this fitted the bill exactly. The lovely sheltered courtyard is a welcome relief from the sun and sitting surrounded by the city walls of the old town of Trogir is amazing. Just a few minutes walk from the centre or the Riva where you can sit and watch the comings and goings for hours. The apartment was very comfortable with everything for a weary traveller. Mirko was extremely helpful and the concise instructions very helpful. We have family in Trogir so sort of knew where we were but it is very east to find and well worth the journey.
