Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Virgin River

process was easy, simple rules, perfect location. Room was as expected, great view from PH window. Quiet and peaceful sleep considering it’s only like a block away from strip, also being able to walk indoors to the strip is great to avoid the summer heat.

Staying at Elad’s was a wonderful experience that truly felt like a home away from home. The space was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged, making it easy to relax from the moment I arrived. Elad was an attentive and welcoming host, always quick to respond and offer help when needed. The neighborhood was peaceful and conveniently located, adding to the overall comfort of the stay. I’d gladly return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a warm, home-like place to stay.

It’s a comfortable for family stay as it’s apartment with kitchen and all needed details. Including washer and dryer (pods were available). Good location and we even used swimming pool. What we’d love to improve is cleanliness of the floor (I wish people take off the shoes at home). And air conditioning is quite noise, so we turned off for the night and opened the window. Hosts are awesome and very helpful! I could recommend this place.

We will be going back for sure! Great place to relax off the strip but a quick walk, shuttle, or uber to everything.

First time here and will definitely be back! Conveniently located in the center of town, the Lodge offers easy access to restaurants and local trails. The apt was very clean and a perfect home base while I was in Kanab. Dan was an excellent host- very responsive and super helpful!

A great well furnished and equipped space in a secure gated area in close proximity to the strip. The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed to make a meal and the space was homey, comfortable and clean.

It is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood of beautiful homes. The apartment is private and has everything you need. The property itself is beautiful.

Matthew’s place was absolutely fabulous! The highlight was definitely the pool and slide — they provided unlimited entertainment for everyone. We were having so much fun that we never even got around to using the gaming systems or the pool table. The stereo system was a great touch, adding amazing ambience to our pool time, and we loved that the music could be heard throughout the entire house. You truly won’t want for anything while staying here. Don’t bother packing coffee, tea, a blow dryer, or any of the usual essentials — the house is so thoughtfully stocked, you’ll feel right at home from the moment you arrive. One of our favorite nightly traditions was roasting s’mores around the fire pit — the kids absolutely loved it! Matthew was also incredibly communicative and helpful throughout our stay. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, which made everything even more enjoyable and stress-free. We had the most wonderful stay. Honestly, the only downside was having to leave.

We had a fantastic time staying at the pickleball retreat. The amenities were fantastic and we were well entertained the whole time. The kids didn't even want to leave to explore the strip because they had so many fun things to do. The karaoke actually ended up being the favorite of the group. It's an amazing setup and the were on it for hours each day we were there. BE ADVISED: The neighborhood is not super nice. There is no HOA so many of the homes look in disrepair so if you are looking for a nice neighborhood this isn't it. That being said the neighborhood was pretty quiet and we never felt unsafe. The house itself is as described, great on the inside and the backyard is fantastic. Also, make sure you aware quiet hours are 10-10 on the weekends which made getting as much use of pickleball as we wanted somewhat problematic. It was super hot so waiting to play until 10 am was not ideal and without lights you couldn't really wait to play at night once it cooled down.

It was a great home. It definitely matched the pictures. I love how when I had a question or to inform him of anything pertaining to the house he responded quickly. And was an excellent host !! I had to extend it a day and he was able to accommodate me. I enjoyed the fact the driving to explore wasn’t bad at all. It was centrally located and I loved that ! Would definitely rent again. He was great ! I just messed up about the trash. But he was understanding! And I appreciated that so much.

Such an amazing/fun place to stay. If you have kids they will LOVE it! Heck even adults will love it! Owner was great to communicate with! Highly recommend this house!!!

We had a great time at this rental. The pool was perfect for us. My grand kids loved it also it was a bonus that it is heated, they played for hours and hours. The house was very nice and had enough room for all of us. Many nights of movies in the theater room. The only downside at all was the traffic on the back side of the house it was a busy street so can be noisy at times with trucks but we would definitely go back. Jamie was very easy to communicate with.

My kids and I got stranded after 15 was closed. We needed a place last-minute and Scott accommodated us almost immediately! It was such a relief. We stayed overnight and got to our destination the next day. The place was tons of fun for the kids and was just what we needed. Thanks, Scott!

LaToya was very responsive and able to assist us with our accommodations. The unit was clean and quiet. Onsite market place and coffee stand made it easy and convenient for food/drink needs.

The view from the place was so gorgeous day and night I was truly amused! The location was good too, it was close to the strip and close to overall a bunch of stores. The Airbnb itself has a lot of appliances for us to be comfy all weekend without having to leave. Our host was great at getting back to us quickly, very responsive at all and anytime we had a question but most importantly to us when we had a quick change of plans and needed to stay a little longer so we asked for a later checkout and she did everything she could to accommodate us it was great! Definitely recommend staying here (:

Just as described. Clean, comfortable place to stay in a quite complex. Our dog really loved the park across the street. It was nice to be close enough to drive to the strip (or take a Lyft), but have a quite and peaceful place to sleep away from the strip. I also like to visit local places when I travel so this is great if you don't want to stick to just the strip. Highly recommend Taru if you like Sushi. Ken was responsive and attentive. The place isn't perfect, but it feels like someone's home which was supposed to be the point of Air BnB. It's also a good value so. If we make it out to Vegas again I'll definitely look up Ken's availability first.

Was what you'd expect from the pictures of the suite. Also, has great water pressure in the shower. I've never seen the Sphere before but you can view it from the right side of the balcony. This part isn't anything to do with the room but one thing I didn't know as a first time guest to the Signature Towers or MGM was that all 3 towers and MGM are connected on the inside and can walk to all of them without having to get all hot walking around outside. I would definitely stay here again, was a nice place and very comfortable.

The space was amazing! Very nice area. Don & May were great at giving directions. The condo was very clean and spacious for my wife and I.
