The building looked a bit old, so I was initially a little disappointed when I arrived. However, once I entered our room, I was pleasantly surprised—it was cozy, stylishly designed with modern touches, and fully equipped with updated facilities. Oscar, the host, was very responsive and addressed all my concerns quickly and professionally. He even allowed us to check in early since we arrived ahead of schedule. I had a peaceful night's sleep, as the place was quiet, and I also enjoyed a beautiful view of the city from our room.

Jizza was very accommodating. This is my favorite place to stay at in IT Park. Will definitely book this place again for all my business trips.

What a wonderful experience! Roxanne is an outstanding host, always quick to respond and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Our family had a fantastic time. From the moment we have open the unit's door, we are all blown away by the beautiful design of bunks and thoughtful amenities. The place is truly a goal.😍 Every detail was perfect, from the stylish furnishings to the fully equipped kitchen. It was a true home away from home. We jokingly tell each family member that we do not wish to leave. 😂The welcome basket was a lovely touch for our kids and us kids at heart we're so happy to bring those two bears home. The Median is highly accessible and is near a lot of places esp if you want to do a city tour. It’s also a familiar airbnb location so modes of transpo (grab, taxi) is easy. It’s a private and quiet place to relax after a day of touring Cebu. Check in and check out is easy. We also got to use the building parking (with fee) which is very convenient for those who wants to rent private cars. The stay for 4 people is definitely worth the price too. Mae is a very responsive host and has given me recommendations on good restaurants and activities to try. She also provides clear instructions so everything had been seamless. Overall, it was a really great stay! Thank you so much!

I loved everything about this place! 🥰 It was super clean, and the ambiance and aesthetic were both homey and Insta-worthy. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay (the hot and cold water dispenser was a lifesaver!). The host was also friendly and genuinely cared about making our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing stay right in the heart of the city!

enjoyed staying there for 4 days-3 nights. aircon is well. wifi is fast. it has netflix. we maximized the pool and gym. it has glade, you can always freshen up the place when you leave. i just think it would be great to include bath robes and more towels for the guests.

We loved our stay! The Airbnb was cozy and well-maintained, with a great kitchen. But what really impressed us were the little touches – embroidered towels and luxurious bathrobes! It was such an unexpected luxury, feeling more like a boutique hotel than a rental. The location was convenient, and the host was fantastic. We'd absolutely stay again.

Had a great stay-Mary Grace is a fantastic hostess-very responsive and helpful. The place is a real vibe-exposed brick, great layout and nice furnishings make it very homey. Highly recommended!

We have stayed in Bantayan a total of four months in the last 6 years at eight different places . These accommodations are by far the best and probably the nicest on the island. They are modern, luxurious and comfortable.

The place have a view to die for. Literally, you are so high up you can see the land layout and other venues. You can see TOPs and Temple of Leah from the balcony. Amenities was the best part of the stay as we didnt need to bring extra stuff. 3 bathrooms was also a plus, having 10 ppl in the group, we didnt need to fight for the restrooms, lol. The place is awesome and a good price for a piece of mind.

The Wi-Fi was a bit spotty in certain corners of the unit, but it wasn’t a big deal for us since we weren’t working remotely or streaming heavily. Overall, it was a great stay—clean, stylish, and in a convenient location. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

The unit is cozy and clean. It looks exactly the same as shown in the description. It is relatively close to restaurants and IT Park but a bit far from the beach. Overall, it was a nice place to stay at.

The place is totally clean and cozy. I'm really particular with a clean place and the room was exactly what I expected to be. The pool is a plus! The wifi works well as well as the kitchen tools. I like how the host responded to my queries, she's really responsive. Highly recommended!

Great condo. We always book calyx because of its pool, friendly security, clean building and safe neighborhood. Janeth's unit is great. We really enjoyed our stay. Definitely come back next visit
