Holiday rentals with a patio in Visayas

Had a wonderful stay here. The host was very responsive and accommodating, making communication effortless from start to finish. The room itself is one of the best I've stayed in. Spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. Check-in was easy and smooth, with clear instructions that made the process hassle-free. Will definitely book again.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean, within walking distance to shops and restaurants, and the check-in/check-out process was smooth. The host was responsive, and the kids loved the pool. Overall, it was a great value — definitely worth what we paid.

LOVED ❤️ this place! Great hosts, comfy, and affordable. Rhynie & Jurgen are wonderful hosts, super responsive, and make you feel right at home. They have scooter for rent which makes traveling the island a breeze. The pool is a great way to cool down. I will book this place again on next visit to Bantayan. If you are wondering if you should stay here don’t think twice about it, just pull the trigger you won’t regret it!

The host has been very responsive even prior to check in and makes sure you have a comfortable stay. She also has a great caretaker, when we need something they assist promptly. I highly recommend the place especially for those who have travel plans to go to the north and south of Cebu.

Elmer’s place was great. He really knows how to make the most of the space and had an impressive range of amenities. It’s also in a lovely area with a nice community of people. He clearly understands what Airbnb guests need and delivers it really well. Would definitely recommend!

I had a truly convenient and enjoyable stay! The room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable and relaxed from the moment I arrived. I also appreciated the mini store on-site it had everything I needed, perfect for quick snacks or meals when I didn’t feel like going out. The kitchen was complete with essentials, so I was able to cook my own breakfast with ease. The peaceful atmosphere and the host’s warm hospitality made the experience even better. I would definitely love to come back again!

We were a big family and we were able to fit on the property. we loved that they have an honesty store especially we had kids with us and their supplies at their mini store are affordable. commending zai as well for assisting us the moment we arrived.

This was one of the most beautiful places I have ever visited and the surrounding area was amazing. Everything was at our fingertips and there were many places to visit and destinations to explore. The area was so peaceful and the people were so friendly. Maria and Chris were delightful to visit with and more than accommodating. I highly recommend visiting them at their establishment and doing yourself that privilege. Thank you 🙏 so much for the excellent food and hospitality!

Eine traumhafte, moderne und sehr saubere Unterkunft! Alles noch nagelneu und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Kaffeemaschine inkl. Kaffee sowie einen gefüllten Getränkekühlschrank vorhanden. Stromversorgung stabil aufgrund eigener Solartechnik. Die Gastgeber waren super! Schnelle Antworten, organisieren von Fahrten vom und zum Pier und tolle lokale Tipps für Ausflüge sowie Restaurants. Airbnb ist etwas abseits, ein Roller ist unbedingt notwendig. Mit Rolle ist man jedoch maximal flexibel und schnell in den Städten. Ruhige Lage, Aussicht vom Bett in wunderschöne Natur. Absolute Herzensempfehlung, wir würden jederzeit wieder diese Unterkunft buchen!

함께 여행한 가족들 모두 만족한 숙소입니다. 여러명이 숙박하기에 부족함이 없었고 수영장과 뷰가 정말 좋았습니다. 위치는 알로나비치 번화가와 조금 떨어져 있지만 필요 시 차량 배치 등을 바로 도와주었습니다. 3박을 머물렀지만 청소는 따로 해주지 않았습니다. (요청할 경우만 해주는 것 같습니다) 수건은 요청에 따라 보충해 주었습니다. 가격은 비싸지만 집과 하우스키퍼의 신속한 대응은 그만한 가치가 있는 것 같습니다. 즐거운 휴가를 보낼 수 있었습니다. 특히 노을을 매일 볼 수 있었는데 정말 아름답습니다.

It is what you see in pictures. But in the app they didn’t tell that one of the rooms doesn’t have an air condition. The place is nice and cosy but there are smell of the molds specially the second floor.

Me and my family enjoyed the place as it was very nice and quiet and we were able to see the beautiful view of the mountains that is so mind relaxing..We liked the fact that the place is very private and no neighbors nearby and no roasters and no noisy dogs barking. Wish we could have stayed more time and hoping to see the sunset but unfortunately it was always cloudy and a rainy afternoon while we’re there so we never get the chance to see it but nevertheless I recommend the place for family gatherings and celebrations…

Me and my family enjoyed the house.. we loved to have the whole place by ourselves .. my family enjoyed the pool. Chris and Apple are awesome host and very flexible as we have some changes with our plans.. we give the place and the host 5 star..

The unit was as described and very cozy. Comfortable bed and good location. The host was very responsive and helpful. I had an issue that she helped me work out and was very accommodating with. I would stay here again but the neighbours were extremely noisy, so keep that in mind. Nothing the host can do about that though.

Had a great stay-Mary Grace is a fantastic hostess-very responsive and helpful. The place is a real vibe-exposed brick, great layout and nice furnishings make it very homey. Highly recommended!

This is a recommended place to stay for those who want to enjoy a private and quiet resort for adults. Everything was as described. There were detailed and accurate instructions on how to get there from the airport and how to check in. There were plenty of towels and a gift of snacks in the room. The clean kitchen was spacious and well-equipped. The bed was also very comfortable. The resort staff were all friendly, and the area was very calm and quiet. The resort building is quite far from the entrance, so you need a taxi to get out. You can purchase a one-day pass at the resort for $1,800, but the maximum you can use for meals is $1,100, and breakfast was $1,000. There are not many fish on the compact private beach. If you want to enjoy the beach, I recommend joined an island hopping tour.

The place is in pristine condition and feels homey. The towels and linens also smell good. The location is perfect since its near Festive Walk, K-town, and many restaurants. I'd definitely book this place again once I return to Iloilo.

Amazing place, great location , close to beach and restaurants. There was a lot of building work going on next to the building which made sleeping at night not so good but it could not be helped I suppose, Karl was a lovely host and made us feel very welcomed. Our family enjoyed our stay at this amazing home and will definitely stay there again when we visit again x

Hands down best communication I have had through Airbnb. Everyone was so helpful with transportation arrangements and information on activities to do while visiting Bohol. Would Highly recommend staying at this property.
