You live in a house where the upper floor of 50 m2 consists of 2 bedrooms, living room with fireplace, toilet and shower room as well as a fully equipped kitchen with the little extras for those who like to cook. There is a washing machine and dryer in the basement which you reach via a floor hatch and narrow stairs. A terrace of approx. 35 m2 surrounds the house, there is a pavilion with outdoor furniture and a gas grill available during the summer. The house is located on a 2800 m2 natural plot. To the southeast it borders the Sandholmarna nature reserve and the other sides border Dyviksvägen and Örigenhamnsvägen.

Restaurant in Trinntorp 3 km, where there is also a boat to the archipelago. Tyresö-Brevik is known for its hilly nature with high mountain ridges and valleys with primeval forest. Hike to the lookout tower on Telegrafberget and see the archipelago. Visit Tyresö Castle, which has guided tours. The Klövberg Caves are exciting for both adults and children.

Archipelago villa with sea plot and fantastic sea view over Erstaviken. The villa is 160 sqm and has three bedrooms, a living room and two bathrooms with a large natural plot and a walk down to the sea where there is a swimming area and a jetty. At the jetty, there is the dock your own boat. Down by the water, there is also a sauna that you are welcome to rent.
