Another cottage, Le Sixties, is located in another part of the house. The entrance is shared, but the 2 accommodations are completely independent. Parking for 1 car just in front of the house. I offer breakfast delivery at an extra cost (€7.50/person/day). In-person welcome, self check-in after 8 p.m.

40 m² cottage completely renovated adjoining our Poitevin farmhouse, located 10 minutes from the center of Poitiers (8 km) and 14 minutes from the Futuroscope (11 km). We will be delighted to host you in our ideal cottage for 2 adults and 2 children (possibility of adding a baby bed in the master bedroom). A basic breakfast is included in the price (milk, coffee, chocolate, tea, rusks, brioche, butter, jam, spread, orange juice).

In a green setting, we offer a quiet, warm, autonomous loft, a few steps from the city center, close to shops and 20' walk from the SNCF train station. We have preserved the authenticity of the place and provide a complete service (linens, cleaning, hot drinks, private parking for your bicycles or motorcycles only, firewood...). In 40 m² we can accommodate 1 to 4 people independently (one 160 cm bed, one 130 cm sofa bed).

A walk can be enjoyed from the cottage, along a path along the Vienne River. You can reach Chauvigny on foot or by bike along the trails. There are a few chickens on the grounds. Small 60 m² detached house in the countryside, 20 minutes from Poitiers south and 10 minutes from exit 31 of the A10. Located in a hamlet, 2.5 km from the village of Rouillé where you will find all shops and services (bakery, supermarket, doctors, pharmacy...). Logis du Poney equestrian center, swimming pools and karting 5 minutes away, tourist sites nearby (Valley of the Monkeys, Futuroscope, Poitevin Marsh...).

We renovated a former wine cellar to create this 3-star furnished tourist accommodation. The Lodge du Chêne is located in a village with all the necessary amenities. The Lodge is fully equipped, independent and adjoining the owners' house. Guests will enjoy its terrace, private garden, as well as a barn with a private 5-seat HOT TUB with free access.
