Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Vltava

If you like special places quiet and having certain level of privacy do not hesitate and go for it! Location is perfect, the area is beautiful. House is very well equipped with everything you need. Alena is a great host. You will enjoy the romantic atmosphere, warm fireplace green territory and small nice sauna. Fantastic time here. My recommendation!

Krásné romantické místo. Pokud hledáte něco v lese, u vody, tohle je naprosto ideální. Dům je opravdu velký, pohodlný, skvěle vybavený. Vše bylo perfektně čisté a uklizené. Gril připravený na terase, z ložnic výhled na vodu. Hostitelka velmi nápomocná. Moc se nám zde líbilo a určitě doporučujeme.

Wir hatten perfekte Tage mit der Familie. Mit meinen Eltern und unseren Kindern & Hund war das Haus ideal ausgestattet und gross. Die vielen Möglichkeiten zum draußen sitzen waren perfekt und auch das große Grundstück war super. Meine Schwester konnte mit ihrem Camper kurzfristig auch kommen und hatte einen Stellplatz samt Strom und Wasser im hinteren Teil des Grundstückes für 25€/Nacht. Michal war super zu erreichen und hat uns immer sofort weiter geholfen. Die Lage ist super, man muss nur 150m über die Wiese runter zum See gehen, wo direkt der Windy Beach mit Sandstrand, Beachbar, Spielplatz und Co: ist. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder ❤️

Romantic house in beautiful location. We loved it!

K&D were such incredible hosts and made our stay feel very welcome and right at home. They were very responsive when we needed anything, and never hesitated to respond and help out if we had any queries. The house itself was stunning and was very relaxing and peaceful for our group, allowing us to fully enjoy our stay. We would happily return and stay here again, and it made our trip to Prague even better.:)

Radek’s place was very good, large, clean with all necessary amenities plus Wifi works well. There are few self contained apartments within the large villa located on the hill above the town centre. It is approx 8 minutes drive to get there and a free parking is available at the premises. We have enjoyed staying at Radek’s Villa and would certainly recommend to stay there to anyone preferably with own vehicle.

Krásné, prostorné ubytování u paní Evy za rozumnou cenu nás opravdu mile překvapilo. Velký prostor, připravené oba pokoje, vše odpovídalo popisu. V dobře vybavené kuchyni jsme našli všechno, co jsme potřebovali. Hostitelka nám poslala perfektní informace pro příjezd. Bezproblémově proběhlo i předání klíčů a předání základních informací o ubytování. Velké prostory si užila i naše dvojčata. Ještě jednou děkujeme za parádní a klidné ubytování kousek od centra Blatné.

seulement 4 nuits et j'ai regretté de ne pas pouvoir rester plus longtemps. appartement cosy, bien décoré, agréable et paisible. tram à même pas 10 minutes pour rejoindre la vieille ville. au pied du mont avec la mini tour Effeil. très vert. hôtes hyper sympathiques.

Zona perfecta para alojarse , cerca del centro pero no en el bullicio del turismo , podíamos estar tranquilos en la zona , restaurantes cerca y todas las zonas de interés , el apartamento bien para dos personas , tiene bañera y al volver de las largas caminatas se agradecía un buen baño, cafetera de cápsulas con cápsulas en el propio apartamento nos vino genial, siempre atentos por si necesitábamos algo , por poner una pega comentamos el tema de la luz que entra desde el pasillo a la habitación por la mañana , pero tapamos la puerta con una manta y solucionado, sin duda recomendable si vienes a Praga este alojamiento

L'équipe du propriétaire répond toujours présent, me logement est confortable et conforme à la description, la vieille ville est accessible à pied en moins de 30 minutes. Un meuble de plus dans la salle de bain ne serait pas de trop, il n'y a rien pour poser des affaires. La terrasse n'est pas désagréable, mais la vue c'est uniquement une cour d'immeuble (vis-à-vis omniprésent). Très bon séjour !

petit logement fonctionnel et calme. Du charme avec sa vue sur le jardin Bien situé à 15 mn du centre ville en utilisant le tramway 18 et tout proche du Château à pied. parking à 5 mn à pied gardé, pour 8 euros par jour. En plus Katarina nousca permis d'arriver en fin de matinée ce qui nous arrangerait. Bref je recommande.

The appartement is great. Great location and also very clean. Also it looks like the pictures. It was hot inside on warm days, as it is on the last floor. We didn‘t manage to understand how the oven works, other than that the place is great and in a calm area of the city, but still close to the main sightseeing spots, food places, tram. Anna was also very nice to share a lot of infos about the city and the response is always fast. It is important to know that the keys are to be picked up at another place (5 min walk), not so great if you have heavy luggages. Overall great location! I would come back.

Tolle Lage! Wir konnten alle Ziele zu Fuß erreichen. Die Wohnung liegt trotz der zentralen Lage ruhig und hat alles, was man braucht. Alles war sehr sauber. Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung weiter.

You can’t beat the location of Sarah and Jan’s apartment - it is literally steps from the Astronomical Clock and Old Town Square, and incredibly walkable. Sarah and Jan were great and quick communicators and helped when I had a small question about the apartment door. As some of the reviews mention, the place is a bit older, but that’s what you get for an apartment right in the heart of the city. The apartment was clean and spacious. One note - because it is shares a lane way with all the other apartments, at times I could hear noise (people coming home from being out, etc) but there was no noise from anyone outside the apartment complex (ie. street noise). I would stay here again !

Jan and Sarah’s place was stunning .. exactly as photos .. clean and tidy … very spacious . It was little extras like salt and pepper.. clothes detergent .. coffee and tea which added to the accommodation. The lift was a great help for travellers with suitcases!!! Access to trams very easy. Instructions to get to accommodation and access on arrival easy and seamless. Would totally recommend to travellers of all ages for location and accessibility… would stay again without hesitation. Wohnung ist sehr großzügig, besonders die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Betten sehr bequem und groß. Angenehmes Klima in der Wohnung. Sehr gut gefallen hat uns die Terrasse, welche ruhig im Hinterhof liegt. Da wir mit dem Auto angereist sind, war die Garage von Vorteil. Alles in Allem hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt zu Viert.

Wunderbare Wohnung und super Lage. Sehr viel Liebe zum Detail. Absolute Empfehlung. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Vielen Dank an Viktoria für alles. Es war jetzt das zweite Mal, dass wir da waren. Freundlicher Empfang, makellose Unterkunft :) Vor der Ankunft hatte sie netterweise die Jalousie unten gelassen, damit die Wohnung in den heißen Sommertagen angenehme Temperaturen hat. Nach einer langen Anreise in der Hitze hat dies gut getan. Bei der Abreise hatten wir Probleme mit dem Akku unseres Autos und Viktoria hat uns geholfen aus der Panne wieder rauszukommen und so konnten wir die weitere Reise antreten. Wir waren sehr erfreut darüber. Nächstes Jahr kommen wir definitiv wieder ;-)

It was a very enjoyable stay. The flat was clean, well maintained and perfectly equipped (as if I was at home, not in a hotel/accommodation). The place itself is wonderfully quiet. You can just hear the crickets, the birds, the sound of the wind. Perfect to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. There are several interesting attractions in the area for those who like to be active. Definitely recommended!

Responsive host, friendly and family-oriented environment. The place was clean, quiet, and just as pictured. It’s about a 20-minute walk to the old downtown and major city attractions. I highly recommend it!
