You will stay in a newly built farmhouse. The apartment has a family bed (2.70 m x 2 m). Cozy living-dining area with access to the balcony from there with a view of the mountains. Sofa bed for 2 more people. Dining area for at least 6 people. In summer, there is a pool for shared use outdoors. In the winter months, we have our sauna in operation. Here you can relax on cold autumn or winter days. Very large bathroom with family shower. Plus local tourist tax.

From this centrally located accommodation, you are in no time at all important places. Within a three-minute walk you can reach a supermarket, the bakery, the butcher, the pharmacy and a great restaurant with beer garden. The town of Kempten can be reached in five minutes by car, a bus stop is within sight of the house. The apartment (90 sqm) is located on the first floor, is very bright and spacious.
