70 m2 house with 1 floor, completely renovated located in the heart of a charming village. You will be in a quiet area, 10 km from Sens, 60 km from Troyes (factory outlets) and 120 km from Paris. Guests can enjoy the terrace and garden in fine weather. The courtyard, closed by an electric gate, can park two vehicles. On the ground floor, large living room open to the equipped kitchen, office with sofa bed, laundry room and toilet. Upstairs, two bedrooms with 140 beds and shower room with toilet.

Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

Small duplex in the city center

Nogent sur Seine est une ville dans l’Aube (10), située à 20kms de Provins et 100kms de Paris. Ce petit duplex chaleureux et douillet est situé au 1er étage près de l’église à Nogent sur Seine. Refait à neuf, il lui reste un stigmate de son ancienne vie, les escaliers sont très étroits et raides, et les marches sont courtes. Il a malgré tout été rénové par Maytop (concours Lépine), qui l’a sécurisé grâce à des nez de marches anti-dérapants. Toutefois, je le déconseille aux enfants.
