Our authentic and at the same time modern vacation home ensures that you immediately get into the vacation atmosphere and yet also have all the comfort you need. For example, we have a Jacuzzi, large walk-in shower, AC, fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and so on. The bedroom has a king-size bed, and the sofa in the living room can be converted into a double bed. Outside you can enjoy two terraces, a barbecue, a heated dining table, a lounge set, sun beds, a hammock and a badminton court.

Our Hungarian-Swabian village is surrounded by forests, 28 km southeast of the most beautiful city in Hungary, Pécs, 28 km west of the Dunaustadt Mohács. There is plenty of land around the old, renovated clay houses. There is no shortage of space here. Over 100 fruit and walnut trees. Native animals such as 30 Zackel sheep, goats, our cows, geese, ducks, chickens...

Felszerelt konyha: kávéfőző, vízforraló, mosogatógép, indukciós főzőlap, mikró, alapvető eszközök. Kávé, tea, olaj, fűszerek. Világos lakás sok zöld növénnyel.

I look forward to welcoming everyone to my fully renovated apartment near the city center. The apartment has Netflix and Disney+ streaming subscriptions and Wi-Fi for relaxation. The kitchen is highly equipped, it is possible to cook and bake. The city center is about a 10-minute walk away. Nearby are a café, bakery, confectionery, convenience store, tobacco shop, drugstore, laundry, gym, bus stops and pharmacy. Pets can be brought on request.

Közvetlenül a bejárattal szemben SPAR, a sarkon pékség, egy perces sétára több hangulatos kávézó, a buszmegálló alig 100 méterre található, a történelmi belváros kényelmes 10-15 perces séta vagy pár perc tömegközlekedéssel. Az apartman funkcionális, új és környezetbarát. Kialakítása során a fő cél az volt, hogy a lehető legkisebb ökológiai lábnyomot hagyják az itt pihenők. Különlegessége, hogy nagyon csendes részen van, viszont 500m belül minden szolgáltatás elérhető. A köponttól 4,4km távolságra van, az erdőtől pedig 800 méterre. Természetjárók, biciklizők kedvelt helye. Lakókocsival érkezőknek is megoldott a zárt parkolás.
