The cabin was built by Tinde Hytter and completed in the autumn of 2021. The cabin has 4 bedrooms and a total of 11 beds. Large dining table, living room and a good corner you can relax in Danish designer chairs☺️ The cabin has 2 bathrooms with toilet and shower, as well as a separate laundry room. The cabin and furniture are of a high standard and nothing has been spared☺️

Urke in Hjørundfjorden - cabin by the lake

Urke is a lively little village and has everything you need; great nature, hiking and swimming opportunities, shop with post office and pharmacy, garden center and own pub/cafe. The nature in the area is amazing. Sunnmørsalpane surrounds the village with majestic Slogen and Saksa which has become very popular after Sherpas from Nepal have made steps up through the URA. In the last couple of years, Urkeegga has also become a popular tourist destination. The mountains here are as popular for skiers in winter as for mountain trips in summer.

Large timber cottage with modern interior and lot of space. Outside Jacuzzi where you have a nice view over the fjord and mountains. From the cottage to the center of Stryn takes 10 minutes. You are 40 minutes drive to the glacier Briksdalsbreen and you are also close to the Geiranger fjord.
