The apartment is unique because it is a highly luxurious one, confrontable, with nearly all facilities available, swimming pool with sunbeds, clothes and dishes washing machines, walk in closets, separate bathroom and WC, ironing facilities, barbeque facilities, Volos city and sea view, child bed if necessary etc. The building has, only, three apartments. The other two apartments are occupied by the owners, so you will enjoy during your stay, a warm family care. Important note: no pets allowed.

Villa Erifili spans two levels. On the first level is the spacious living room, the fully equipped kitchen and a large bathroom with shower. A wooden staircase leads to the floor where the three bedrooms and another large bathroom are located. Access to the lush courtyard can be accessed from both floors. Outside there is a traditional wood oven covered with a pergola and a dining table with a wooden table. Around the small pool there are sun loungers.
