We really liked Carlos' apartment. The host was very helpful as I was in need of a place in the city due to a medical emergency. He quickly put the property in good condition. Very clean, new and good quality place, both in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. Great quality bed and bath linens. The apartment, although it has no air-conditioning, has good ceiling fans and is well ventilated, with morning sun. The Internet provided is very stable. The host was always present, guiding us on the questions that arose and on places for tours and meals. You can see in the details, the host's care and whim, with the guests and the apartment. I highly recommend Carlos' apartment and I will certainly return.

Apartment with great location. Easy access to the center. Large apartment with spacious rooms. We use it with a work team. It served us perfectly. The apartment manager also has a very fast response time to resolve any details or requests from guests.

The property is a rustic coziness in the middle of nature, but very close to the gastronomic hub of Maringa (we went on foot with a 10-minute walk). The highlight was the hospitality of Dona Carminha, a lovely person, we felt at home. Everything is extremely clean and organized, as shown in the photos.

Location exactly matches listing photos. The residence is extremely clean, with impeccable bed and bath linens, and well equipped with appliances and utensils. Supplied with extras (soap, trash bag, cleaning products, coffee capsules and chocolate). Marcos is a friendly host and quick to respond.

The house is very cozy and well equipped with everything we need for a comfortable stay. The location is great, in a quiet and easily accessible area, close to shops and restaurants (exactly 5 minutes from the center of Penedo). The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Nath was super attentive and responded quickly to our messages. The overall experience was positive. It was an excellent stay and we would certainly consider coming back!

What most caught my attention about the space initially was the extremely affordable price, and in view of that I can say that it was worth every penny. My biggest concern was the cooling of the place, since it did not have air-conditioning and I would spend an entire month of summer in it. But the host's description of it as a cool place is 100% accurate, the ceiling fan gave us more than enough support to feel comfortable amidst the region's heat. Although the neighborhood does not have great leisure offerings nearby, with knowledge of public transportation or a car, you can easily access the beaches and waterfalls of much of the Costa Verde. The host was very helpful in meeting our demands during the stay. I would definitely stay again.

Our accommodation was perfect, everything well organized, clean and easily accessible, the house is located in the center, this is a super positive point, that to go to restaurants you don't need to drive, you can do things on foot. The host Dayana welcomed us very well, always available. I intend to return as soon as possible 😊😌

Everything was very nice! Great for relaxing and listening to the sound of the waterfall that is 50 meters away! The kitchen is well stocked, nothing is missing. The house has a homey touch that makes you feel at home! We were greeted by a very cute little calf! We already want to go back!

The house is excellent, fragrant, clean, comfortable with all the necessary utensils and very good taste. Great quality bedding and pillows. We spent wonderful days as if we were in our own homes. Everything is working perfectly. Andrea was great, always ready to serve with the greatest affection. We will definitely be back!
