Explore Capitol Hill from a Roomy Apartment

This en-suite is located on the lower level of a newly renovated Victorian home, with a private side entrance and easy key less system. Natural light brightens this space, which includes full kitchen and laundry. Recently updated colors and new furnishings, including two very comfortable queen beds and a kitchen table with four chairs. The location is outstanding; close to tasty eateries and fun night life but a few streets away from the noise and parking challenges sometimes associated with Capitol Hill. 850sq ft space with radiant heat and full bathroom, which includes a bath tub and shower. Guests have a private side entrance with key less system, private full bathroom, private en-suite kitchen, and private laundry. Great for rental cars: unlike a lot of Seattle and especially Capitol Hill, the street has ample parking that is free and without permit required. Separate thermostat for climate control. I travel quite a deal but also work from home and make time for guests if they would like more interaction. I am relaxed about this but do enjoy meeting new people. There is a key less entry system that makes it easy to coordinate arrival and departure. I love Seattle and am enthusiastic about offering suggestions for local eateries and experiences to enjoy. The house is on a tree-lined street in the prominent Capitol Hill neighborhood. Volunteer and Interlaken parks are merely blocks away. Feeling peckish? There are many options for great food and drink within a 15-minute walk. Bus drivers are friendly and the #10 & #12 buses depart 1 & 3 blocks away, respectively, for prominent points, like Pike/Pine Corridor (6 minute bus ride) or Pike Place Market (20 minute bus ride). Finally, the #43 also leaves nearby and is a ten minute bus to the University of Washington campus. UberX is alive and well on Capitol Hill, with an average fare to Broadway or Pike/Pine about $5 and $10 to downtown. Of course there are regular cabs, bike-share and driving options. If you will have a car the street in front of the house plenty of parking. I'm happy to offer more clarity if you have questions - please ask prior to booking. In addition to the two queen beds, if you may need more room, there are two additional bedrooms in the main/shared part of the house with a separate Air bnb listing. I can usually make most things work - let me know your needs and I will try to accommodate you.

Recently remodeled apt located near 15th & Mercer in Seattle's Capitol Hill neighborhood (with a walk score of 95), this upstairs apartment has everything you need: parking, keyless entry, a large living space & kitchen, a washer & dryer for longer stays & A/C! The light is bright thanks to bay windows & the gas fireplace keeps things nice and cozy on cooler days. The space has one bedroom with a queen bed, a comfortable couch in the living space and a den with a comfortable queen-size day bed.

Brian was an accommodating host and we enjoyed our week of stay at this space. It was conveniently located near a bus station that goes downtown and it’s in a very peaceful side of Seattle. We had everything we need in the space and it was helpful to also have the extra TV room for storing luggage. Bonus for having the company of Flash who will occasionally come down to be pet!

The place was beautifully renovated with a spacious bathroom, which was perfect for getting ready for the wedding we attended. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the space was enough for two. Karina’s home was a perfect location for us and felt nice and clean. The furniture, bed, and linens were all comfortable. It so was nice to have a full kitchen, and having a washer and dryer was convenient too! They’ve thought of everything you could need. Everything was just as pictured and described. Neighborhood is near several restaurants and coffee shops. We had a very comfortable stay. Owners are very kind, responsive, and helpful. We really appreciated that there were snacks and drinks too. Would definitely recommend!

This was on the top floor so it felt like a cozy nest away from the bustle of Capitol Hill, but still so much within walking distance. The bedroom and bathroom were spotless and I found the bed very comfortable. Loved the different coffee-making options in the kitchen and the easy system for making sure your food had a designated space. Overall, a really lovely place that's quiet and pretty, and super close to public transport, restaurants, and other great spots.
