Die Nähe zum Sonnenkopf (liegt gegenüber) ist besonders zu erwähnen. Diejenigen, die lieber ins weltbekannte Arlberg-Schigebiet zum Schifahren gehen möchten, benutzen den Bus neben dem Haus und steigen nach einer 10minütigen Fahrt nach Stuben in die Albonabahn ein. Neben dem Haus ist zudem eine Langlaufloipe.

The Aparthotel features an indoor pool + indoor playground, saunas and a cone court.
