Indeed worth the price and exceeded expectations! A pleasant, peaceful area with wonderful hiking trails and large grocery stores nearby. The apartment is small, but very clean, tidy and fresh, and all the promised amenities were found:) Easy access with code, and clear instructions. I recommend it, and I will definitely use it again!

Super apartment. Everything is new, there is everything you need for living. Very clean and cozy. The location is very comfortable - not far from the shopping center and the old town. The apartment has everything from glasses and an oven to a dishwasher and breakfast cereals. The price is just a bomb - we came to the concert for two days and initially found apartments twice as expensive ,and then stumbled upon these and were very happy. I recommend to everyone

Very easy to find and in a private setting, lovely balcony for breakfast, small plentiful supermarket a few minutes away and local bars, serving local beers. Very clean, accurately described, recently renovated with efficient hot water etc, Thank you for a great stay in Tartu.

Beautiful, clean and peaceful place to stay. Elina was a lovely host, showed us how to get in and was available to communicate in case we had any questions. Would love to come back sometime.

We were welcomed by the sound with open arms on the jaans. The sauna was hot, the water in the barrel bubbling, and by the end of the evening, the fire was still being summoned:). We furnished the days with Heli's recommendations while wandering around the area. Everything was the best of the best and would definitely recommend this nice mini villa. <3

We spent a peaceful New Year's Eve in the house with six groups. The house matched the descriptions and was clean and beautiful. I highly recommend the accommodation. Good on site and the sauna (with the ice hole) was nice!

Stay at this place was our best stay in last years. Helen´s parents are very nice people, very helpful, careful. We had maximum privacy the whole time. We felt there as like at home. We were here at Tartu Marathon. House is very big and comfortable, you have here really everything what you need. We used a garage to prepare our skies to race - many thanks to Anti again! :) and of course sauna, which we finally used after the race in the late evening. Location of house is really the best if you will use Ski tracks around Tehvandi biathlon center - just 100 m by walk. I highly recommend it. Many thanks again. Petr and Iva from Czech Republic

Very nice place to rest with a small group. The courtyard area is nice, the sauna is super, there is plenty to do for the kids. The house is modest and a few things are tired, but everything was there and clean, and all in all, we were very satisfied!

A lovely apartment with all the amenities.

Definitely one of the best stays we've ever stayed in South Estonia. Both the location and the quality of the whole apartment is great. The host has gone to great lengths to ensure a brilliant cleanliness in the accommodation and a variety of informative signs where something is located can use something is enough to enjoy a peaceful holiday. A bonus is private time with a cozy patio. I would definitely recommend and if I return to the same area in the future, I'd love to stay there again.
